Euroform binding tool and Euroform binding method using the same
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention relates to a EuroForm binding tool and a EuroForm binding method using the same, which aim to firmly bind EuroForms, prevent concrete from leaking through the EuroForms, and make it easy to bind the EuroForms. According to the present invention, the EuroForm binding tool comprises: a pin unit (110) with a circular cross-section and rotatably bound to pin holes of successively arranged EuroForms; a connection unit (120) extended from one end unit on one side of the pin unit; a binding unit (130) formed on a free end unit of the connection unit and tightening and binding the left frame and the right frame of the successive EuroForms; and an insertion guide unit (140) bent in a curved shape on an end unit on the other side of the pin unit. The binding unit includes: a pair of wedge units formed in a tapered shape so that the facing frames of the EuroForms can be tightened; and a covering unit connecting the wedge units and covering the facing frames of the EuroForms.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 본 발명은 유로폼 결속구 및 그것을 이용한 유로폼 결속방법에 관한 것으로, 유로폼을 견고하게 결합하여 유로폼들 사이를 통해 콘크리트가 누출되지 않도록 함과 아울러 유로폼의 결합작업이 용이하도록 함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 유로폼 결속구는, 원형 단면으로 형성되어 연속되는 유로폼들의 핀공에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 핀부(110), 상기 핀부의 일측 단부에서 연장 형성되는 연결부(120), 상기 연결부의 자유단부에 형성되어 상기 연속되는 유로폼의 좌우측 프레임을 서로 조여 결속하는 결속부(130), 상기 핀부의 타측 단부에 곡선형으로 절곡되는 삽입안내부(140)를 포함하고, 상기 결속부는 상기 유로폼들의 마주하는 프레임들이 조여지도록 테이퍼 형태로 형성된 한 쌍의 쐐기부, 상기 쐐기부들을 연결하며 상기 유로폼들의 마주하는 프레임들을 덮는 덮음부로 이루어진다.
