Exterior wall panel assembly for fire spread prevention
The present invention relates to an exterior wall panel assembly for the fire spread prevention, which is able to prevent the spread of fire, make the assembly process simple and convenient, make the panel lightweight, and improve vibration resistance at the same time, comprising: a horizontal member and a vertical member of a large number of vibration-proof trusses fixed on an outer wall of a building; a foaming member arranged between the outer wall and the trusses and expanded by heat in case of fire; and a panel coupled to the horizontal member and the vertical member. Each of the horizontal member and the vertical member has a long hole. The horizontal member includes an upper horizontal member and a lower horizontal member. The vertical member includes a left vertical member and a right vertical member. The panel includes: a square-shaped flat surface unit; a folding unit constantly folded from the surface unit; and a coupling unit arranged next to the folding unit. The folding unit includes an upper folding unit, a lower folding unit, a left folding unit, and a right folding unit which are respectively folded on an upper part, a lower part, a left part, and a right part of the surface unit. The coupling unit includes: an upper coupling unit arranged on the upper folding unit; a lower coupling unit arranged on the lower folding unit; a left coupling unit arranged on the left folding unit; and a right coupling unit arranged on the right folding unit. The flat surface unit, the folding unit, and the coupling unit are integrated by press-machining process. The upper coupling unit, the left coupling unit, and the right coupling unit have penetrating units corresponding to the long holes. The panel and the trusses are fastened by using bolts through the long holes and the penetrating units, thereby forming a panel assembly and preventing the spread of fire.
화재의 확산을 방지할 수 있으며, 조립 과정의 작업을 간편하게 하면서, 패널의 경량화 및 내진성도 향상시킬 수 있는 화재 확산 방지용 외벽 패널 조립체에 관한 것으로, 건축물의 외벽에 고정되는 다수의 내진 트러스의 수평 부재와 수직 부재, 상기 외벽과 트러스 사이에 마련되어 화재시 열에 의해 팽창하는 발포 부재 및 상기 수평 부재와 수직 부재 상에 결합된 패널을 포함하고, 수평 부재와 수직 부재에는 각각 장공이 마련되고, 수평 부재는 상부 수평 부재 및 하부 수평 부재로 이루어지고, 수직 부재는 좌측 수직 부재 및 우측 수직 부재로 이루어지며, 패널은 사각 형상의 표면부, 표면부에 연속하여 절곡된 절곡부 및 절곡부에 연속하여 마련된 결합부를 포함하고, 절곡부는 표면부의 상하 부분 및 좌우 부분에서 각각 절곡된 상부 절곡부, 하부 절곡부, 좌측 절곡부, 우측 절곡부로 이루어지고, 결합부는 상부 절곡부에 마련된 상부 결합부, 상기 하부 절곡부에 마련된 하부 결합부, 좌측 절곡부에 마련된 좌측 결합부, 우측 절곡부에 마련된 우측 결합부로 이루어지고, 평면부, 절곡부 및 결합부는 프레스 가공에 의해 일체로 마련되며, 상부 결합부, 좌측 결합부 및 우측 결합부에는 장공에 대응하는 관통구가 마련되고, 장공과 관통구를 통해 패널과 트러스를 볼트 체결하는 것에 의해 패널 조립체가 형성되는 구성을 마련하여, 화재의 확산을 방지할 수 있다.
