Provided is an apparatus for manufacturing an exterior panel for construction. The apparatus for manufacturing an exterior panel for construction assembled and expanded in one direction. The apparatus comprises: a perforated hole forming unit which forms perforated holes, indicating the cutting positions of a steel sheet, in the longitudinal direction of the steel sheet at set intervals in a process of passing the steel sheet extending in one direction, but forms the perforated holes in a vertical direction at points of forming lines set in the longitudinal direction of the steel sheet on the surface of the steel sheet; a steel sheet forming unit which forms the steel sheet so that assembly parts bent in multiple stages along the forming lines are formed to protrude from the surface of the steel sheet entering through the perforated hole forming unit; and a steel plate cutting unit which cuts the steel plate entering through the steel plate forming unit to set lengths, but cuts the steel plate along cutting lines set in the width direction of the steel plate, based on the perforated holes. Therefore, the apparatus has no restrictions on the thickness or length of the steel sheet to be manufactured into an exterior panel for construction.
건축용 외장 패널 제조 장치가 제공된다. 상기 건축용 외장 패널 제조 장치는, 일 방향으로 조립되어 확장되는 건축용 외장 패널을 제조하는 장치로서, 일 방향으로 연장되는 강판이 통과되는 과정에서 상기 강판의 절단 위치를 표시하는 타공홀을 설정 간격마다 상기 강판의 길이 방향으로 형성하되, 상기 강판의 표면에 상기 강판의 길이 방향으로 설정되어 있는 성형 라인의 일 지점에 상하 방향으로 상기 타공홀을 형성하는 타공홀 형성 유닛; 상기 타공홀 형성 유닛을 통과하여 진입하는 상기 강판의 표면에 상기 성형 라인을 따라 다단 절곡된 형상의 조립부가 돌출 형성되도록 상기 강판을 성형하는 강판 성형 유닛; 및 상기 강판 성형 유닛을 통과하여 진입하는 상기 강판을 설정 길이로 절단하되, 상기 타공홀을 중심으로 상기 강판의 폭 방향으로 설정되는 절단 라인을 따라 상기 강판을 절단하는 강판 절단 유닛을 포함할 수 있다.
