Prefab concrete Goodle
Disclosed is a prefabricated floor heating system using precast concrete, capable of facilitating construction by using a precast concrete member. In accordance with the present invention, the prefabricated floor heating system using precast concrete includes: a lower frame fixed to an upper part of the ground and transferring the entire load to the ground; a floor member fixed to cover the upper surface of the lower frame and installed to form a flat surface; outer wall members installed to form an outer edge in an upper part of the floor member to lock up heat; a plurality of prefabricated air duct members arranged between the outer wall members and made of precast concrete to guide the heat to flow; a plurality of flagstones arranged to cover and seal upper parts of the outer wall members and the plurality of prefabricated air duct members; a chimney part installed on one side of the outer wall members to discharge heat-exchanged air; and an air circulation control part installed in the chimney part and forcing a fluid flow such that the air suctioned into an inlet of the heater can be forcibly suctioned and exhausted.
프리캐스트 콘크리트 부재를 이용하여 용이하게 시공할 수 있는 프리캐스트 콘크리트를 이용한 조립식 구들이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 프리캐스트 콘크리트를 이용한 조립식 구들은 지면 상부에 고정되고 전체 하중을 지면으로 전달하는 하부 프레임; 상기 하부 프레임의 상면을 덮도록 고정되어 평평한 면을 이루도록 설치된 바닥 부재; 열기를 가둘 수 있도록 상기 바닥 부재 상부에서 외측 테두리를 이루도록 설치된 외벽 부재; 상기 외벽 부재 사이에 배열되고 열기가 흐를 수 있도록 열기를 안내하는 프리캐스트 콘크리트로 이루어진 복수개의 조립식 고래 부재; 상기 외벽 부재와 상기 복수개의 조립식 고래 부재 상부를 덮어 밀폐하도록 배열되는 복수개의 판석; 상기 외벽 부재의 일측에 설치되어 열교환된 공기가 배출되는 굴뚝부; 및 상기 굴뚝부에 설치되고 상기 난로 입구로 흡입된 공기가 강제 흡기 및 배기 될 수 있도록 유체 흐름을 강제하는 공기 순환 제어부;를 포함할 수 있다.
