AUTO DOOR CLOSER DEVICE FOR REFRIGERATOR
The present invention relates to an auto door closer device for a refrigerator using a wire and, more particularly, to an auto door closer device for a refrigerator using a wire, which can be additionally installed on an existing refrigerator to automatically and conveniently open and close a refrigerator door. The auto door closer device for a refrigerator using a wire, according to the present invention, comprises: a housing mounted on a refrigerator body on which the refrigerator door is rotatably mounted, and having one end disposed adjacent to the refrigerator door; a slider mounted to move linearly along the interior of the housing; an elastic member mounted inside the housing to semi-automatically move the slider; a fixing bracket installed on the refrigerator door, rotating along with the refrigerator door, and disposed adjacent to one end of the housing; and a wire with one end connected to one end of the slider and the other end connected to the fixing bracket. When the refrigerator door is opened from the refrigerator body by an external force, the fixing bracket fixedly coupled to the refrigerator door compresses the elastic member while pulling and moving the slider in one direction through the wire. When the external force is removed, the slider moves in the other direction by an elastic restoring force of the compressed elastic member, pulls the fixing bracket in the other direction through the wire, and rotates the refrigerator door in a closing direction.
본 발명은 와이어를 이용한 냉장고용 오토 도어 클로져 장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 기존 냉장고에 추가적으로 장착하여 냉장고도어를 자동으로 편리하게 개폐할 수 있는 와이어를 이용한 냉장고용 오토 도어 클로져 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 와이어를 이용한 냉장고용 오토 도어 클로져 장치는, 냉장고도어가 회전 가능하게 장착된 냉장고본체에 장착되고, 일단이 상기 냉장고도어에 인접하게 배치되는 하우징과; 상기 하우징의 내부를 따라 직선 이동 가능하게 장착된 슬라이더와; 상기 하우징의 내부에 장착되어 상기 슬라이더를 반자동으로 이동시키는 탄성부재와; 상기 냉장고도어에 설치되어 상기 냉장고도어와 함께 회전하고, 상기 하우징의 일단에 인접하게 배치되는 고정브라켓과; 일단이 상기 슬라이더의 일단에 연결되고 타단이 상기 고정브라켓에 연결된 와이어;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 외력에 의해 상기 냉장고도어가 상기 냉장고본체로부터 열릴 때, 상기 냉장고도어에 고정 결합된 상기 고정브라켓은 상기 와이어를 통해 상기 슬라이더를 일방향으로 잡아당겨 이동시키면서 상기 탄성부재를 압축시키고, 외력이 제거되면, 압축된 상기 탄성부재의 탄성복원력에 의해 상기 슬라이더는 타방향으로 이동하면서 상기 와이어를 통해 상기 고정브라켓을 타방향으로 잡아당겨 상기 냉장고도어를 닫히는 방향으로 회전시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an auto door closer device for a refrigerator using a wire and, more particularly, to an auto door closer device for a refrigerator using a wire, which can be additionally installed on an existing refrigerator to automatically and conveniently open and close a refrigerator door. The auto door closer device for a refrigerator using a wire, according to the present invention, comprises: a housing mounted on a refrigerator body on which the refrigerator door is rotatably mounted, and having one end disposed adjacent to the refrigerator door; a slider mounted to move linearly along the interior of the housing; an elastic member mounted inside the housing to semi-automatically move the slider; a fixing bracket installed on the refrigerator door, rotating along with the refrigerator door, and disposed adjacent to one end of the housing; and a wire with one end connected to one end of the slider and the other end connected to the fixing bracket. When the refrigerator door is opened from the refrigerator body by an external force, the fixing bracket fixedly coupled to the refrigerator door compresses the elastic member while pulling and moving the slider in one direction through the wire. When the external force is removed, the slider moves in the other direction by an elastic restoring force of the compressed elastic member, pulls the fixing bracket in the other direction through the wire, and rotates the refrigerator door in a closing direction.
본 발명은 와이어를 이용한 냉장고용 오토 도어 클로져 장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 기존 냉장고에 추가적으로 장착하여 냉장고도어를 자동으로 편리하게 개폐할 수 있는 와이어를 이용한 냉장고용 오토 도어 클로져 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 와이어를 이용한 냉장고용 오토 도어 클로져 장치는, 냉장고도어가 회전 가능하게 장착된 냉장고본체에 장착되고, 일단이 상기 냉장고도어에 인접하게 배치되는 하우징과; 상기 하우징의 내부를 따라 직선 이동 가능하게 장착된 슬라이더와; 상기 하우징의 내부에 장착되어 상기 슬라이더를 반자동으로 이동시키는 탄성부재와; 상기 냉장고도어에 설치되어 상기 냉장고도어와 함께 회전하고, 상기 하우징의 일단에 인접하게 배치되는 고정브라켓과; 일단이 상기 슬라이더의 일단에 연결되고 타단이 상기 고정브라켓에 연결된 와이어;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 외력에 의해 상기 냉장고도어가 상기 냉장고본체로부터 열릴 때, 상기 냉장고도어에 고정 결합된 상기 고정브라켓은 상기 와이어를 통해 상기 슬라이더를 일방향으로 잡아당겨 이동시키면서 상기 탄성부재를 압축시키고, 외력이 제거되면, 압축된 상기 탄성부재의 탄성복원력에 의해 상기 슬라이더는 타방향으로 이동하면서 상기 와이어를 통해 상기 고정브라켓을 타방향으로 잡아당겨 상기 냉장고도어를 닫히는 방향으로 회전시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
