Anchor bolt fixture of formwork support for construction of a composite wall
The present invention provides an anchor bolt fixture of a formwork support for the construction of a composite wall, which is installed and bound by being tied with base floor iron reinforcing rods to fix, using an anchor bolt, a support installed additionally to support side pressure applied to a side surface of a formwork installed temporarily during the construction of an underground earth-retaining wall of a building, i.e., during the construction of a composite wall using the pouring method of facing attachment to a primary wall inside a wall below the surface of the ground. The present invention comprises: a base part composed of a steel band, installed at constant intervals in a longitudinal direction from the center in a widthwise direction, and including holes allowed to be penetrated by an anchor bolt through any one by pouring concrete; and a gripping structure manufactured separately on the position of any one hole selected among the holes in a central part in the longitudinal direction of an upper surface of the base part, assembled and installed using an attachment method, and binding the anchor bolt using an adhesion method by gripping or pushing the anchor bolt, thereby preventing horizontal or vertical movement on top of the base part. Therefore, the support can be installed stably and firmly, thereby improving constructibility.
본 발명은 건축물의 지하층 흙막이벽 축조, 즉 지표면 밑에 있는 벽 안쪽의 초벽 겉으로 마주 붙이는 타설 방식의 합벽 공사 시 가설되는 거푸집 측면에 작용하는 측압을 받쳐 주게 추가적으로 설치되는 지지체의 앵커 볼트 고정을 위해서 기초 바닥 철근과 묶음 방식으로 결속 설치되는 합벽 축조를 위한 거푸집 지지체의 앵커 볼트 고정대로를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 띠 강재로 이루고, 그 폭방향 중앙에서 길이방향을 따라 등간격으로 설치되어 콘크리트 채움과 어느 하나를 통해 앵커 볼트가 관통되게 한 구멍들이 구비되는 기저부 및 그 기저부의 상면 길이방향 중앙 부분에서 구멍들 중 선택된 어느 하나의 구멍 위치 상에 별도 제작되어 부착 방식으로 조립 설치되며, 앵커 볼트를 움켜잡음 또는 밀어붙혀 밀착 방식으로 결속하여 기저부 상에서 수평 또는 수직 이동이 일어나지 않게하는 파지 구조를 포함하여서, 지지체의 설치 상태가 안정되고 확고하게 시공성을 향상시키게 된다.
