Excavator attachment type thumb device
The present invention relates to an attachment-type tong device for an excavator, capable of improving durability as the attachment-type tong device for an excavator is strong against distortion. Tongs include: a pair of tong connection pieces connected to a front end of an arm of an excavator to rotate around a horizontal shaft while the front end of the arm is inserted therein as the pair of tong connection pieces are separated horizontally; a tong body connected to the tong connection pieces at a rear end while having the shape in which a part facing the front end of the arm is dented, wherein the tong body is bent for intervals on a horizontal side to become narrower toward a front end; a tong fork formed at the front end of the tong body; and tong protrusions protruding from the tong body or the tong fork. A cylinder for tongs includes: a cylinder body fixed to the arm of the excavator; and a cylinder rod rotating the tongs to fold the tongs or unfolding the tongs from the arm as the cylinder rod is expanded and contracted from the cylinder body while a front end is connected to the tong body by a hinge.
본 발명은 굴삭기 부착형 집게 장치에 관한 것이다. 집게는 좌우로 이격되어 굴삭기의 암대 선단을 끼운 상태로 암대 선단에 수평축을 중심으로 회동 가능하게 결합되는 한 쌍의 집게 결합 편들과, 암대 선단을 향한 부위가 함몰된 형태로 후단에 집게 결합 편들과 이어지고 선단으로 갈수록 좌우 측면 간격이 좁아지게 절곡된 집게 몸체와, 집게 몸체의 선단에 형성된 집게 포크, 및 집게 몸체 또는 집게 포크에 돌출된 집게 돌기들을 구비한다. 집게용 실린더는 굴삭기의 암대에 고정된 실린더 몸체와, 선단이 집게 몸체에 힌지 결합된 상태로 실린더 몸체에 대해 신축 동작함에 따라 집게를 암대에 대해 펼치거나 접도록 회동시키는 실린더 로드를 구비한다.
