The present invention provides a vertical bar connection material for a curtain wall with inter-floor fire prevention and insulation functions. An injection molded product with an insulation function is provided in the connection material inserted into the area where vertical bars of a curtain wall are connected vertically. On the outer circumferential surface of the injection molded product, protruding protrusions are formed at equal intervals to protrude vertically to separate the vertical bars from each other, thereby blocking heat conducted between the vertical bars. By closing one side of the upper or lower part of the injection molded product, a hollow part formed inside the vertical bar is blocked to insulate between floors. By closing the top or bottom of a sleeve or installing fire-resistant foam, a fire prevention function between floors is improved by blocking heat and flames that move between floors through the hollow part of the vertical bar in the event of a fire.
본 발명은, 커튼월의 수직바가 상하로 연결되는 부위에 삽입되는 연결재에 단열기능을 구비한 사출물을 구비하고, 사출물의 외주면에는 돌출턱을 상하방향으로 돌출되게 등간격으로 형성하여 돌출턱에 의해 수직바끼리 이격되게 함으로써 수직바끼리 전도되는 열을 차단하고, 사출물의 상부 또는 하부의 일측을 폐쇄하여 수직바의 내부에 형성된 중공부(中空部)를 막아서 층간 단열을 시키며, 슬리브의 상단 또는 하단을 폐쇄하거나 내화발포재를 설치하여 화재 발생시 수직바의 중공부를 통해 층간 이동하게 되는 열과 화염을 차단시켜 층간 방화(防火)기능을 향상시킨, 층간 방화 및 단열기능을 갖는 커튼월의 수직바 연결재를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
