PREPARING METHOD FOR SANITARY WARE SANITARY WARE PREPARED THEREBY AND CURING APPARATUS FOR SANITARY WARE
The present invention relates to an apparatus for preparing sanitary ware, which comprises: a fixing jig which fixes sanitary ware including a concave part of which the upper side is opened; and a heat treatment unit which includes a main body that has a space in which the fixing jig is inserted, a first heat treatment part that has at least one infrared lamp disposed along an outer surface of the sanitary ware, and a second heat treatment part that moves at least one infrared lamp along a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the fixing jig is inserted, to allow at least a part of the infrared lamp to be inserted into the concave part.
본 발명은 상측이 개구된 오목부를 포함하는 위생 도기를 고정하는 고정 지그; 및 내부에 상기 고정 지그가 인입되는 공간이 구비된 본체, 상기 위생 도기의 외면을 따라 적어도 하나 이상의 적외선 램프가 배치된 제1 열처리부 및 상기 고정 지그가 인입되는 방향의 수직방향을 따라 적어도 하나 이상의 적외선 램프를 이동하여 적어도 일부가 상기 오목부 내측에 인입되는 제2 열처리부를 포함하는 열처리부를 포함하는 위생 도기 제조 장치에 관한 것이다.
