SCAFFOLDING SYSTEM FOR INSTALLING ELEVATOR
The present invention relates to a system scaffolding for elevator installation, comprising a scaffold support that can support a scaffold at a specific height part of an elevator shaft. The scaffold support (10) includes a main frame (20) installed facing the interior of the specific elevator shaft (1). The main frame (20) includes: vertical beams (22) spaced apart from each other on both sides of an elevator entrance (7a) of an elevator platform (7); horizontal beams (24) installed to be able to spread side by side toward the interior of the elevator shaft (1) from respective lower ends of both of the vertical beams (22) and to fold; inclined beams (26) diagonally installed to fix the horizontally spread horizontal beams (24) from the vertical beams (22); and multiple connecting pipes (28) connecting spaces between the vertical beams (22) on both sides and between the horizontal beams (24) on both sides at regular intervals. The elevator shaft (1) also includes multiple floor plates (40) forming a floor surface on which the scaffold (3a) can be temporarily installed. The inclined beam (26) has a hinge portion (26a) in the middle thereof to be foldable. An auxiliary belt (25) made of a flame-retardant treated fiber rope is further provided on the inclined beam (26).
본 발명은 엘리베이터 설치용 시스템 비계에 관한 것으로서, 엘리베이터 승강로의 특정 높이 부분에서 비계를 받쳐서 지지할 수 있는 비계 지지대를 구비하고, 상기 비계 지지대(10)는, 상기 특정 엘리베이터 승강로(1)의 내부를 향해 설치되는 메인프레임(20)을 포함하며, 상기 메인프레임(20)은, 상기 엘리베이터 승강장(7)의 엘리베이터 출입구(7a)측에 간격을 두고 양립하는 양쪽의 수직빔(22)과; 상기 양쪽 수직빔(22)의 각 하단부분으로부터 상기 엘리베이터 승강로(1)의 내부를 향해 나란하게 펼쳐지고 접힘가능하게 설치되는 양쪽의 수평빔(24)과; 상기 수직빔(22)들로부터 나란하게 펼쳐진 상기 수평빔(24)들을 각각 고정시키도록 경사지게 설치되는 경사빔(26)과; 상기 양쪽의 수직빔(22)들 사이와, 양쪽의 수평빔(24)들 사이를 일정한 간격을 두고 연결하는 복수의 연결파이프(28)들 및; 상기 엘리베이터 승강로(1)의 내부에 상기 비계(3a)를 가설할 수 있는 바닥면을 형성하는 복수의 바닥판(40)을 포함하고, 상기 경사빔(26)은, 중간에 힌지부(26a)를 구비한 접이식으로 구성되며, 상기 경사빔(26)에 방염처리된 섬유로프로 구성되는 보조벨트(25)가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a system scaffolding for elevator installation, comprising a scaffold support that can support a scaffold at a specific height part of an elevator shaft. The scaffold support (10) includes a main frame (20) installed facing the interior of the specific elevator shaft (1).
