METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LIGHT-WEIGHT SELF-CONSOLIDATING CONCRETE USING LIGHT-WEIGHT AGGREGATE
The present invention relates to a method for preparing lightweight self-compacting concrete by using lightweight aggregates, which comprises: a dry mixing step of performing dry mixing with an aggregate mixture including lightweight aggregates; a first mixing step of pouring a part of mixing water with a preset whole volume into the aggregate mixture subjected to dry mixing and mixing the mixture for a pre-set first mixing time to allow the light aggregates to absorb moisture; and a second mixing step of pouring cement and the remaining amount of the mixing water to mix the mixture for a pre-set second mixing time. Accordingly, the first mixing step and the second mixing step are divided and in the first mixing step, a part of the mixing water is mixed to allow the lightweight aggregates to absorb moisture, and then in the second mixing step, the remaining amount of the mixing water and the cement are mixed, thereby preventing the problem of a decrease in fluidity and constructability occurring in combination without prewetting to allow high quality of lightweight self-compacting concrete to be prepared.
본 발명은 경량 골재를 이용한 경량형 자기충전 콘크리트의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 경량 골재를 포함하는 골재 혼합체를 건비빔하는 건비빔 단계와; 기 설정된 전체 용량의 배합수 중 일부를 건비빔한 상기 골재 혼합체에 투입하여 기 설정된 제1 혼합 시간동안 혼합하여 상기 경량 골재 내부로 수분을 흡수시키는 제1 혼합 단계와; 시멘트와, 상기 배합수의 나머지를 투입하여 기 설정된 제2 혼합 시간동안 혼합하는 제2 혼합 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 제1 혼합 단계와 제2 혼합 단계로 구분하고, 제1 혼합 단계에서 배합수의 일부를 혼합하여 경량 골재 내부로 수분을 흡수시킨 후, 제2 혼합 단계에서 나머지 배합수와 시멘트를 혼합하여, 프리웨팅없이 배합 시 발생하는 유동성 및 시공성의 저하 문제를 방지하여 고품질의 경량형 자기충전 콘크리트의 제조가 가능한 효과가 제공된다.
