The present invention relates to a transport vehicle carrier of a parking machine. More specifically, an objective of the present invention is to improve the efficiency of driving and space utilization by allowing a roller conveyor for transporting an automobile by loading the automobile thereon to be effectively rotated and moved forward and backward without an increase in a rotation range. The transport vehicle carrier of a parking machine comprises: a base frame (10) moved by driving of a driving motor (12) by guiding of a cart rail (11), and provided with a middle pin (13) in the middle thereof; a turntable (20) positioned on an upper portion of the base frame (10) to be assembled to be rotated around the middle pin (13); a rotation driving means (30) driving the turntable (20) to a desired angle in a desired direction; a roller conveyor (40) movably mounted on an upper portion of the turntable (20) to move vehicles loaded on an upper portion of rollers (41) arranged at regular intervals on a frame body (42) by driving of a roller motor (43), and rotatable without interference while maintaining a distance from fixing pallets (1) without arranging rollers (41) at corner part positions of the roller conveyor (40) by the length corresponding to a roller deletion space (S); and a conveyor moving means (50) installed on the turntable (20) to drive the roller conveyor (40) to the left and right toward the fixing pallets (1) positioned on both sides.
본 발명은 주차기의 운반대차에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 자동차가 탑재되어 운송시키 위한 롤러 콘베이어를 회전범위의 증대 없이도 원활하게 회전과 전후 이동이 가능하게 하여 공간 활용과 운전의 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 발명된 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 카트레일(11)의 안내로 주행모터(12) 구동에 의해 이동되며 중앙에 중심핀(13)이 구비된 베이스 후레임(10)과, 상기 베이스 후레임(10)의 상부에 위치되어 중심핀(13)을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 조립되는 턴테이블(20)과, 이 턴테이블(20)을 원하는 방향과 각도로 구동시키는 회전구동수단(30)과, 상기 턴테이블(20)의 상부에 이동 가능하게 안착되어 롤러모터(43)의 구동으로 틀체(42)에 일정간격 배치된 롤러(41)들의 상부로 탑재되는 차량들을 이동시키며, 롤러삭제공간(S)에 해당되는 길이 만큼 롤러 콘베이어(40)의 각 코너부 위치에서 롤러(41)들을 배치하지 않고 고정파렛트(1)들과 간격을 유지한 상태로 간섭 없이 회전이 가능한 롤러 콘베이어(40)와, 상기 턴테이블(20)에 설치되어 상기 롤러 콘베이어(40)를 양쪽에 위치되는 고정파렛트(1)들을 향해 좌우 구동시키는 콘베이어 이동수단(50)이 포함되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a transport vehicle carrier of a parking machine. More specifically, an objective of the present invention is to improve the efficiency of driving and space utilization by allowing a roller conveyor for transporting an automobile by loading the automobile thereon to be effectively rotated and moved forward and backward without an increase in a rotation range. 본 발명은 주차기의 운반대차에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 자동차가 탑재되어 운송시키 위한 롤러 콘베이어를 회전범위의 증대 없이도 원활하게 회전과 전후 이동이 가능하게 하여 공간 활용과 운전의 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 발명된 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 카트레일(11)의 안내로 주행모터(12) 구동에 의해 이동되며 중앙에 중심핀(13)이 구비된 베이스 후레임(10)과, 상기 베이스 후레임(10)의 상부에 위치되어 중심핀(13)을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 조립되는 턴테이블(20)과, 이 턴테이블(20)을 원하는 방향과 각도로 구동시키는 회전구동수단(30)과, 상기 턴테이블(20)의 상부에 이동 가능하게 안착되어 롤러모터(43)의 구동으로 틀체(42)에 일정간격 배치된 롤러(41)들의 상부로 탑재되는 차량들을 이동시키며, 롤러삭제공간(S)에 해당되는 길이 만큼 롤러 콘베이어(40)의 각 코너부 위치에서 롤러(41)들을 배치하지 않고 고정파렛트(1)들과 간격을 유지한 상태로 간섭 없이 회전이 가능한 롤러 콘베이어(40)와, 상기 턴테이블(20)에 설치되어 상기 롤러 콘베이어(40)를 양쪽에 위치되는 고정파렛트(1)들을 향해 좌우 구동시키는 콘베이어 이동수단(50)이 포함되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
