Reinforcement method for foundation base of ground equipment
Disclosed is a reinforcement method for a foundation base of a ground equipment, which is able to use a reinforcement material of a high-strength insulation fiber material having a strength equal to or greater than the strength of the foundation base for reinforcing the foundation base of the ground equipment, reduce construction cost, reduce dead-line work, simplify work process, and prevent customer inconvenience caused by power outage for a long time. As such, the reinforcement method for a foundation base of a ground equipment comprises: a step of excavating the ground around the foundation base of the ground equipment; a step of repairing cracks on the foundation base; a step of installing a formwork around the foundation base; a step of placing concrete in the formwork; a step of treating a reinforced surface of the foundation base; and a step of recovering and arranging the work site of the excavation. The step of treating the surface uses a high-strength insulation fiber material having a strength equal to or greater than the strength of the foundation base.
본 발명은 기초대 이상의 강도를 가진 절연 고강도 섬유소재의 보강재를 활용하여 지상기기류의 기초대를 보강함으로써 시공비를 절감하고 휴전작업 등을 줄여 작업공정을 간소화함과 더불어 장시간 정전에 따른 고객의 불편을 사전에 예방할 수 있는 지상기기 기초대의 보강방법을 개시한다. 전술한 지상기기 기초대의 보강방법은 지상기기류의 기초대 주변에 대한 터파기 단계, 상기 기초대의 균열부위에 대한 보수 단계, 상기 기초대의 부근에 대한 거푸집 설치 단계, 상기 거푸집의 내부에 콘크리트 타설 단계, 상기 기초대의 보강면에 대한 표면처리 단계, 및 상기 터파기 작업현장에 대한 복구 및 정리작업 단계를 포함하고, 상기 표면처리 단계는 기초대 이상의 강도를 가진 절연 고강도 섬유소재를 이용한다.
