CFRP CFRP bonded ladder
The present invention relates to a CFRP bonded ladder for a human use and, more specifically, to a CFRP bonded ladder for a human use, which is to lighten and improve the strength of a human use ladder which is used for vertical movement of a worker. In addition, the CFRP bonded ladder includes: I-shaped frames arranged on both sides in parallel with each other in a longitudinal direction; footrests arranged at regular intervals between the frames; external reinforcement made of a carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) material attached to the outer surface of the frame; internal reinforcement made of the CFRP material arranged in an X shape on the inner surfaces of the both frames arranged in parallel; and a support bar extending downward from the upper end of the frame and supported.
본 발명은 CFRP 접합 인명용 사다리에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 작업자의 상하 이동을 위해 사용하는 인명용 사다리의 경량화 및 강도 향상을 위한 CFRP 접합 인명용 사다리에 관한 것이다. 또한, 양측에 길이 방향으로 평행하게 배치되는 "I"자 형태의 프레임과 상기 프레임 사이에 일정 간격으로 배열되는 발판과 상기 프레임의 외측면에 부착되는 CFRP(carbon fiber reinforced plastics) 소재의 외측 보강재와 평행하게 배치된 양측 프레임의 내측면에 "X"자 형태로 배치되는 CFRP 소재의 내측 보강재와 상기 프레임의 상단에서부터 하향으로 연장되어 지지되는 지지봉을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
