HYDRAULIC OPERATING VALVE FOR WORKING MACHINE
In accordance with the present invention, provided is a hydraulic control valve for a working machine. In accordance with the present invention, the hydraulic control valve for a working machine includes: a first control valve formed to supply oil to at least one driving cylinder provided in a working machine mounted on a working vehicle, thereby operating the driving cylinder; and a second control valve separably connected to the first control valve, and formed to be connected to the first control valve and supply oil to at least one separate driving cylinder provided in an attachment when the attachment is mounted on the working vehicle, thereby operating the at least one driving cylinder. The first control valve includes a connection flow path connected to a supply flow path and a discharge flow path of the first control valve and a supply flow path and a discharge flow path of the second control valve, and to which a third control valve is connected. The connection flow path includes: a first connection flow path in which a first closure plug disconnecting the supply flow path of the first control valve from the discharge flow path and connecting the supply flow path to the connection flow path is placed, a second closure plug disconnecting the supply flow path of the first control valve from the discharge flow path and connecting the supply flow path to the supply flow path of the second control valve is detachably placed, the first closure plug is placed at one end connected to the discharge flow path of the first control valve, and a C port connected to the third control valve is formed at the other end; a second connection flow path of which one end is connected to the supply flow path of the first control valve and the other end is extended to the outer surface of the first control valve to be connected to the supply flow path of the second control valve, and in which the second closure plug is placed; and a third connection flow path which is connected to a part in which the discharge flow path of the second control valve and the first and second connection flow paths intersect with each other. Therefore, the present invention is capable of rationally implementing oil supply.
본 발명은 작업기용 유압조작밸브를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 작업기용 유압조작밸브는 작업차량에 장착되는 작업기에 구비된 하나 이상의 구동실린더에 오일이 공급되도록 구성되어 구동실린더를 작동시키는 제1조작밸브; 및 제1조작밸브에 분리 가능하게 연결되며, 다른 부가장치가 작업차량에 장착되는 경우 상기 제1조작밸브에 연결되고 부가장치에 구비된 별도의 하나 이상의 구동실린더에 오일이 공급되도록 구성되어 부가장치에 구비된 상기 하나 이상의 구동실린더를 작동시키는 제2조작밸브;를 포함하고, 제1조작밸브에는 제1조작밸브의 공급유로 및 배출유로 및 제2조작밸브의 공급유로 및 배출유로에 연결되며, 제3조작밸브가 연결되는 연결유로가 구비되고, 연결유로에는, 제1조작밸브의 공급유로를 배출유로와 차단시키며 연결유로와 연결시키는 제1폐쇄플러그가 배치되며, 제1조작밸브의 공급유로를 배출유로와 차단시키며 제2조작밸브의 공급유로와 연결시키는 제2폐쇄플러그가 착탈 가능하게 배치되고, 제1조작밸브의 배출유로에 연결되는 일단에 제1폐쇄플러그가 배치되고, 타단에 제3조작밸브가 연결되는 C포트가 구성되는 제1연결유로; 일단이 제1조작밸브의 공급유로에 연결되며 타단이 제1조작밸브의 외면까지 연장되어 제2조작밸브의 공급유로에 연결되고, 제2폐쇄플러그가 배치되는 제2연결유로; 및 제2조작밸브의 배출유로와 제1연결유로와 제2연결유로의 교차부분에 연결되는 제3연결유로를 포함한다.
HYDRAULIC OPERATING VALVE FOR WORKING MACHINE
In accordance with the present invention, provided is a hydraulic control valve for a working machine. In accordance with the present invention, the hydraulic control valve for a working machine includes: a first control valve formed to supply oil to at least one driving cylinder provided in a working machine mounted on a working vehicle, thereby operating the driving cylinder; and a second control valve separably connected to the first control valve, and formed to be connected to the first control valve and supply oil to at least one separate driving cylinder provided in an attachment when the attachment is mounted on the working vehicle, thereby operating the at least one driving cylinder. The first control valve includes a connection flow path connected to a supply flow path and a discharge flow path of the first control valve and a supply flow path and a discharge flow path of the second control valve, and to which a third control valve is connected. The connection flow path includes: a first connection flow path in which a first closure plug disconnecting the supply flow path of the first control valve from the discharge flow path and connecting the supply flow path to the connection flow path is placed, a second closure plug disconnecting the supply flow path of the first control valve from the discharge flow path and connecting the supply flow path to the supply flow path of the second control valve is detachably placed, the first closure plug is placed at one end connected to the discharge flow path of the first control valve, and a C port connected to the third control valve is formed at the other end; a second connection flow path of which one end is connected to the supply flow path of the first control valve and the other end is extended to the outer surface of the first control valve to be connected to the supply flow path of the second control valve, and in which the second closure plug is placed; and a third connection flow path which is connected to a part in which the discharge flow path of the second control valve and the first and second connection flow paths intersect with each other. Therefore, the present invention is capable of rationally implementing oil supply.
