Fire door with built-in structural reinforcement frame
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a fire door with a built-in structural reinforcement frame comprises: first and second steel plates; and the structural reinforcement frame installed between the first and second steel plates to prevent structural deformation. The structural reinforcement frame includes: upper and lower frames; side frames for connecting the upper and lower frames; and vertical reinforcement frames coupled between the upper and lower frames. The upper and lower frames and the vertical reinforcement frames have fitting holes and fitting protrusions, respectively, and are fastened to each other. The upper and lower frames and the side frames are fastened by directly connecting pieces to be coupled to each other in a steel structure without welding. The vertical reinforcement frames and the first and second steel plates are bonded by foam expansion tape. Therefore, in case of a fire, fire resistance and durability can be strengthened by the structural reinforcement frame.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 구조보강프레임이 내장된 방화문은 제1, 2강판과 상기 제1, 2강판 사이에 설치되어 구조 변형을 막는 구조보강프레임으로 이루어진 방화문에 있어서, 상기 구조보강프레임은 상, 하측프레임과 상기 상, 하측프레임을 연결하는 측면프레임 및 상, 하측프레임 사이에 결합되는 수직보강프레임을 포함하되, 상기 상, 하측프레임과 수직보강프레임에는 각각 끼움홀과 끼움돌출부가 형성되어 서로 체결되고, 상기 상, 하측프레임과 측면프레임은 직결피스로 체결되어 용접없이 강구조로 결합되는 동시에, 상기 수직보강프레임과 제1, 2강판이 발포팽창테이프에 의해 접착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
