The present invention uses an artificial arm which can be easily assembled and installed on site after manufacturing the artificial arm in advance using glass fiber reinforced cement. The purpose is to provide an artificial waterfall. For this purpose, the artificial waterfall (100) using an artificial rock according to the present invention is installed on one side of the retaining wall (110) and a retaining wall formed on a cut slope. Included are a support base (120) used, a prosthetic leg (60) fixed to the support base, a submersible pump (130) installed underwater, a prosthetic hand installed on top of the prosthetic leg, a branch pipe (140) for discharging water pumped from the submersible pump, and an automatic control device (150) which automatically controls the operation of each device.
