APPARATUS AND METHOD CONTINUOUS COATING OF CORK CHIPS AND POROUS BASE-LAYER BLOCK PAVING CORK CHIPS USING THEROF
The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for continuously coating cork chips, and a water-permeable base layer block, in which the cork chips are packaged, manufactured using the same. According to the present invention, the water-permeable base layer block in which the cork chips are packaged comprises: a block body installed on a ground, having pores to be absorbed and permeable, formed by mixing bottom ash, recycled aggregate, cement, fly ash, and water, stirring the mixture, and accommodating a concrete composition having a water permeable property with a porosity of 30 % or greater and an absorption rate of 5 % or greater; a polymer package layer including an aggregate and a hardening material applied to the aggregate, and stacked on the block body; and a cork layer disposed on the polymer packaging layer, wherein the polymer packaging layer includes: a water-permeable silica-based polymer base layer stacked on the block body and having a predetermined size of porosity; and a water-permeable silica-based polymer surface layer laminated on the water-permeable silica-based polymer base layer and formed of particles smaller than those of the water-permeable silica-based polymer base layer. Accordingly, production per unit time can be significantly increased by simplifying processes, and mass production can be facilitated by remarkably reducing production costs. In addition, the water-permeable base block manufactured as such does not contain heavy metals and endocrine disruptors, is environmentally friendly and harmless to the human body, facilitates water permeability and water drainage, is capable of partially repairing infiltrated rainwater, is capable of improving groundwater quality and preserving groundwater by water permeability, water drainage, and water repair, is capable of reducing urban heat island phenomenon, and is capable of reducing fine dust.
본 발명은 코르크 칩 연속 코팅 장치 및 방법과 그것을 이용하여 제작되는 코르크 칩이 포장된 투수 기층 블록에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 코르크 칩이 포장된 투수 기층 블록은 지반의 상부에 설치되고 흡수 및 투수가 가능하도록 다공이 형성되며 바텀애쉬, 순환골재, 시멘트, 플라이애쉬 및 물을 혼합한 후 교반하여 형성되고 공극률이 30％ 이상이고 흡수율이 5％ 이상인 투수성을 갖는 콘크리트 조성물이 수용되는 블록체; 골재 및 상기 골재에 도포된 경화재를 포함하고 상기 블록체 상부에 적층되는 폴리머 포장층; 및 상기 폴리머 포장층의 상부에 배치되는 코르크층; 을 포함하고, 상기 폴리머 포장층은, 상기 블록체에 적층되고 미리 정해진 크기의 다공성을 갖는 투수규사 폴리머 기층; 및 상기 투수규사 폴리머 기층 상부에 적층되고 상기 투수규사 폴리머 기층보다 작은 입자로 형성된 투수규사 폴리머 표층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 공정을 단순화함으로써 단위 시간당 생산량을 크게 향상시킬 수 있고, 제품 생산 비용을 대폭 낮출 수 있어 대량생산에 용이하며, 이렇게 제작된 투수 기층 블록은 중금속 및 환경호르몬을 함유하지 않아 친환경적이며 인체에 무해하고, 투수 및 배수가 용이하며, 침투되는 빗물을 일부 보수(保水)할 수 있으며, 투수성, 배수성 및 보수성에 의해 지하수 수질개선 및 지하수 보존이 가능하고, 도시열섬현상을 낮출 수 있으며, 미세먼지를 저감시킬 수 있다.
