UHPC A Method For Producing UHPC Through Curing In Water And UHPC Manufactured Through Curing In Water
The present invention relates to a method for producing ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC). The method comprises the steps of: mixing cement, a mineral admixture, silica sand, and silica sand powder in a batch without water; adding a chemical admixture and water to the batch and mixing the same for 3-5 minutes; compressing the mixture in the batch at 20-40 MPa; curing the compressed mixture in the batch for 18-36 hours; transferring the cured mixture in the batch to an aquatic curing space; and performing underwater-accelerated curing on the batch mixture in curing water at a set temperature in the aquatic curing space, wherein the cement is contained in an amount of 100 parts by weight, the mineral admixture is contained in an amount of 30 parts by weight, the silica sand is contained in an amount of 110 parts by weight, the silica sand powder is contained in an amount of 39 parts by weight, the chemical admixture is contained in an amount of 2 parts by weight, and the water is contained in an amount of 25 parts by weight, and the set temperature is in the range of 180-210 ℃. According to the present invention, it is possible to quickly provide concrete with desired physical properties.
본 발명은 시멘트, 혼화재(Mineral Admixture), 규사 및 규사 미분을 배치(batch)에서 물(water) 없이 혼합하는 단계, 혼화제(Chemical Admixture)와 물(water)을 상기 배치(batch)에 추가하여 3~5분 혼합하는 단계, 상기 배치의 혼합물을 20~40MPa로 압축하는 단계, 상기 압축된 배치의 혼합물을 18~36 시간 경화하는 단계, 상기 경화된 배치의 혼합물을 수중 양생 공간으로 옮기는 단계 및 상기 수중 양생 공간에서 상기 배치의 혼합물을 설정 온도(set temperature)의 양생수(curing water) 내에서 수중 촉진 양생하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 시멘트는 100 중량부이고, 상기 혼화재(Mineral Admixture)는 30 중량부이고, 상기 규사는 110 중량부이고, 상기 규사 미분은 39 중량부이고, 상기 혼화제(Chemical Admixture)는 2 중량부이고, 상기 물(water)은 25 중량부이고, 상기 설정 온도(set temperature)는 180~210℃인 수중 양생을 통한 UHPC(Ultra High Performance Concrete) 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
