CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF PHOTOVOLTAIC ROAD
A method of constructing a solar-powered road, according to the present invention, comprises: a first pouring step in which a first poured layer is formed on a base layer by pouring concrete or mortar (hereinafter, referred to as concrete mortar); a forming step in which an electrode network connected with an energy storage system (ESS) is formed on the upper surface of the first poured layer; a fixing step in which electrodes of a plurality of solar-powered modules are connected to the electrode network formed on the upper surface of the first poured layer, and in which the plurality of solar-powered modules are arranged and fixed on the upper surface of the first poured layer by spacing them apart from each other at predetermined intervals so that a sunlight inflow region faces upward; a second pouring step in which a second poured layer is formed above the first poured layer having formed thereon the electrode network, by pouring concrete mortar to the height of the plurality of solar-powered modules fixedly arranged in the fixing step, and in which surface treatment is performed on the second poured layer to improve friction force of the second poured layer; and a hardening step in which the first poured layer and the second poured layer are hardened. Therefore, maintenance of a solar-powered road is easy.
본 발명에 따른 태양광 발전 도로 시공 방법은, 베이스층 위에 콘크리트 또는 몰탈(이하, 콘크리트 몰탈)을 타설하여 제1 타설층을 형성하는 제1 타설단계와 제1 타설층의 상면에 ESS(Energy Storage System)와 연결되는 전극망을 형성하는 형성단계와 복수의 태양광 발전모듈의 전극을 제1 타설층의 상면에 형성된 전극망에 연결시키고, 태양광 유입영역이 상방을 향하도록 복수의 태양광 발전모듈을 소정 간격 이격시켜 제1 타설층 상면에 배치 고정시키는 고정단계와 전극망이 형성된 제1 타설층의 상부에 고정단계에서 고정 배치된 복수의 태양광 발전모듈이 이루는 높이만큼 콘크리트 몰탈을 타설하여 제2 타설층을 형성하고 제2 타설층의 마찰력 향상을 위해 제2 타설층의 표면처리를 실시하는 제2 타설단계 및 제1 타설층과 제2 타설층을 경화시키는 경화단계를 포함한다.
