The present invention relates to a prefabricated aerial work platform. The prefabricated aerial work platform comprises a layer fixing bracket for supporting a layer to easily assemble and disassemble the layer, between the layer comprising a lower end, a middle end, and an upper end. Therefore, the purpose of the prefabricated aerial work platform is to improve efficiency of work by easily changing the height according to a work field of a structure and the like. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the lower end, the middle end, and the upper end are individually assembled and formed by using a column frame, a connection frame, a bottom fixing bracket, a first support bracket, an inclination bracket, a two-way connection bracket, a three-way connection bracket, a ladder fixing bracket, a connection bracket, a second support bracket, and a ladder. The lower end, the middle end, and the upper end individually include an interlayer panel supporting a movement of a worker by comprising an opening and closing door controlling access of the worker. The prefabricated aerial work platform also includes an interlayer fixing bracket supporting the layer by fixing the layer by changing an assembly number of the middle end between the lower end and the upper end according to an installation height of the aerial work platform as the layer fixing bracket supports the lower end, the middle end, and the upper end to maintain a vertically erecting state and a fixed state of the lower end, the middle end, and the upper end.
본 발명은 조립식 고소작업대에 관한 것으로서, 하단부와 중단부와 상단부로 구성되는 층단 사이에 조립 및 분해가 용이하도록 지지하도록 층단고정브래킷을 구성함으로써, 건축물 등의 작업현장에 따라 높낮이를 용이하게 가변시켜 작업의 효율을 향상시키도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 기둥프레임과 연결프레임과 바닥고정브래킷과 제1지지브래킷과 경사브래킷과 2방향연결브래킷과 3방향연결브래킷과 사다리고정브래킷과 연결브래킷과 제2지지브래킷 및 사다리를 이용하여 하단부와 중단부 및 상단부 각각을 조립, 구성하고; 상기 하단부와 중단부 및 상단부의 각각에는 작업자의 출입을 통제하는 개폐도어가 구성되어 작업자의 이동을 지지하는 층간패널을 포함하며; 상기 하단부와 중단부와 상단부를 수직으로 직립, 고정상태를 유지하도록 지지함에 따라 고소작업대의 설치높이에 따라 상기 하단부와 상단부 사이에 중단부의 조립개수를 가변시켜 고정시킬 수 있도록 지지하는 층간고정브래킷;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
