TBM Bar assembly for shield TBM tunnel segment
The present invention relates to a ladder-shaped bar assembly for a tunnel boring machine (TBM) segment and, more specifically, to a ladder-shaped bar assembly for a TBM segment, capable of reducing a shearing bar amount in comparison with a PC segment due to efficient shear reinforcing effect by integrating an upper main reinforcing bar and a lower main reinforcing bar by a tie bar and forming a ladder-shaped reinforcing bar structure. According to a desirable embodiment of the present invention, the bar assembly is formed in a main body of a columnar TBM segment formed of concrete to be used to build a wall of a TMB tunnel. The bar assembly for a TBM segment comprises: multiple ladder-shaped bar assemblies formed at intervals in a longitudinal direction by comprising the upper main reinforcing bar of a predetermined length, the lower main reinforcing bar separated to the lower part of the upper main reinforcing bar at fixed intervals, and the multiple tie bars connecting the upper main reinforcing bar and the lower main reinforcing bar; and multiple main hoops arranged in an orthogonal direction to the upper main reinforcing bar and the lower main reinforcing bar and enclosing and fixing the multiple ladder-shaped reinforcing bar assemblies in the longitudinal direction.
본 발명은 TBM 세그먼트용 사다리형 철근망 조립체에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 상부 주철근과 하부 주철근을 연결근으로 일체화함으로써 사다리형 철근 구조를 형성하여 효율적인 전단보강 효과로 인해 PC세그먼트 대비 전단 철근량을 감소시킬 수 있도록 하는 TBM 세그먼트용 사다리형 철근망 조립체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 TBM 터널의 벽면 구축에 사용하도록 콘크리트로 형성되는 원주형의 TBM 세그먼트 본체의 내부에 구성되는 철근망 조립체에 있어서, 일정 길이의 상부 주철근과, 상부 주철근의 하부로 일정거리 이격되어 구성되는 하부 주철근과, 상부 주철근과 하부 주철근을 연결하도록 구성되는 복수의 연결근로 이루어져 종방향으로 이격하여 구성되는 복수의 사다리형 철근망과; 상부 주철근 및 하부 주철근과 직각방향으로 배치되어 복수의 사다리형 철근망을 종방향으로 감싸고정하도록 구성되는 복수의 메인 후프근;을 포함하여 이루어진다.
