The present invention relates to a stiffener, which can be simply installed by reducing the number of components installed in a magnet and thus reduce manufacturing costs. The stiffener for preventing buckling of an H-beam furring strip includes: a first member which comes in contact with one side of the furring strip and is formed with a contact support unit having a predetermined thickness; a second member which comes in contact with another side of the furring strip and is formed with a contact support unit having a predetermined thickness; and a location determination and fixation member which is coupled to the first and second members to determine and fix a location of the first and second members. First and second female screw units, screwed to first and second male screw units of the first and second members, respectively are formed in the location determination and fixation member.
본 발명은 자석에 설치되는 부품의 수를 줄여서 설치가 간단할 뿐만 아니라 이에 따른 제조 비용을 줄일 수 있는 스티프너에 관한 것으로, H빔 띠장의 좌굴을 방지하기 위한 스티프너에 있어서, 상기 띠장의 일측에 접촉하며 소정 두께의 접촉 지지부가 형성된 제1부재, 상기 띠장의 타측에 접촉하며 소정 두께의 접촉 지지부가 형성된 제2부재, 상기 제1 및 제2부재에 결합하여, 제1 및 제2부재의 위치를 결정하고 고정하는 위치 결정 및 고정 부재를 포함하는 제2 부재; 및 제1 및 제2 부재의 제1 및 제2 수나사부와 각각 나사 결합되는 제1 및 제2 암나사부가 형성되는 위치 결정 및 고정 부재를 포함하는 스티프너에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a stiffener, which can be simply installed by reducing the number of components installed in a magnet and thus reduce manufacturing costs.
