Provided is a method for laying a geotextile mat, which can improve work productivity. The method for laying a geotextile mat includes: a step of preparing a geotextile mat provided with a plurality of sewing lines connecting a plurality of unit mats to each other and at least one reinforcement belt that reinforces and connects adjacent unit mats while covering a part of the plurality of sewing lines; a step of preparing to fold the geotextile mat by folding the geotextile mat in an S shape based on a virtual folding line orthogonal to the sewing line, and then secondly folding the first-folded geotextile mat based on another virtual folding line parallel to the sewing line; a step of arranging the first-folded and second-folded geotextile mat on a start end at one side on the ground to be laid and then allowing the geotextile mat to be unfolded on standby in a state of being first-folded, so that a first towing hook provided on an end of the reinforcement belt is exposed; a step of connecting an end of a first towing wire to the first towing hook and then covering the geotextile mat on the ground in a lengthwise direction while towing the geotextile mat in the lengthwise direction side by side with the reinforcement belt; and a step of connecting a second towing wire to a plurality of second towing hooks installed at a certain interval on a one-sided edge of the geotextile mat and then towing the geotextile mat in a width direction orthogonal to the reinforcement belt to unfold the edge of the geotextile mat in the width direction, which has been crumpled in a process of towing the geotextile mat in the lengthwise direction.
토목섬유매트 포설방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은, 복수개의 단위매트들 사이를 서로 연결하는 복수개의 재봉선을 갖추고, 복수개의 재봉선 중 일부 재봉선을 덮으면서 서로 인접하는 단위매트사이를 보강연결하는 적어도 하나의 보강벨트를 구비하는 토목섬유매트를 준비하는 단계 ; 상기 토목섬유매트를 재봉선과 직교하는 가상의 접이선을 기준으로 하여 S자형으로 1차 접이한 다음, 1차 접이된 토목섬유매트를 재봉선과 나란한 가상의 다른 접이선을 기준으로 하여 2차 접이하여 상기 토목섬유매트를 접이준비하는 단계 ; 1차 및 2차 접이된 토목섬유매트를 포설하고자 하는 지반의 일측 시작단에 배치한 다음, 상기 보강벨트의 단부에 구비된 제1견인고리가 노출되도록 1차 접이된 상태로 토목섬유매트를 펼침대기하는 단계 ; 상기 제1견인고리에 제1견인와이어의 단부를 연결한 다음, 상기 토목섬유매트를 보강벨트와 나란한 길이방향으로 견인하면서 지반에 상기 토목섬유매트를 길이방향으로 덮는 단계 ; 상기 토목섬유매트의 일측테두리에 일정간격을 두고 설치된 복수개의 제2견인고리에 제2견인와이어를 연결한 다음, 상기 토목섬유매트를 보강벨트와 직교하는 폭방향으로 견인하여 상기 토목섬유매트를 길이방향으로 견인하는 과정에서 구겨진 토목섬유매트의 테두리를 폭방향으로 펼치는 단계 ;를 포함한다.
Provided is a method for laying a geotextile mat, which can improve work productivity. The method for laying a geotextile mat includes: a step of preparing a geotextile mat provided with a plurality of sewing lines connecting a plurality of unit mats to each other and at least one reinforcement belt that reinforces and connects adjacent unit mats while covering a part of the plurality of sewing lines; a step of preparing to fold the geotextile mat by folding the geotextile mat in an S shape based on a virtual folding line orthogonal to the sewing line, and then secondly folding the first-folded geotextile mat based on another virtual folding line parallel to the sewing line; a step of arranging the first-folded and second-folded geotextile mat on a start end at one side on the ground to be laid and then allowing the geotextile mat to be unfolded on standby in a state of being first-folded, so that a first towing hook provided on an end of the reinforcement belt is exposed; a step of connecting an end of a first towing wire to the first towing hook and then covering the geotextile mat on the ground in a lengthwise direction while towing the geotextile mat in the lengthwise direction side by side with the reinforcement belt; and a step of connecting a second towing wire to a plurality of second towing hooks installed at a certain interval on a one-sided edge of the geotextile mat and then towing the geotextile mat in a width direction orthogonal to the reinforcement belt to unfold the edge of the geotextile mat in the width direction, which has been crumpled in a process of towing the geotextile mat in the lengthwise direction.
