FINISHING METHOD OF EXPOSED CONCRETE APPLIEDIED ANTI-NEUTRALIZATION LAYER
The present invention relates to a finishing method for post-construction exposed concrete to which a neutralization prevention layer has been applied. A neutralization prevention layer is provided on the surface of exposed concrete exposed to the outside while forming the structure of a building, such that damage to the concrete due to contact with carbon dioxide and moisture is prevented. The finishing method for post-construction exposed concrete, to which a neutralization prevention layer has been applied, according to the present invention, which is an exposed concrete finishing method for finishing the surface of concrete (11) exposed to the outside after pouring, comprises: a surface preparation step (S110) of removing irregularities on the surface of the concrete (11); a surface repair step (S120) of repairing the surface of the concrete (11) with a cement covering material (21); a sanding step (S130) of grinding the surface of the concrete (11) to improve the smoothness of the surface of the concrete (11) repaired with the cement covering material (21); a painting step (S150) of painting the polished surface of the concrete (11) with a neutralization prevention paint for blocking the contact of the surface of the concrete (11) with the atmosphere and moisture; a pattern forming step (S160) of forming a pattern on the painted surface of the neutralization prevention paint; and a water-repellent application step (S180) of forming a water-repellent layer (23) by applying a water-repellent agent to the surface of the neutralization prevention paint.
본 발명은 건축물의 구조를 형성하면서 외부로 노출되는 노출콘크리트에 표면에 중성화 방지층이 구비되도록 하여, 이산화탄소와 수분의 접촉으로 인하여 콘크리트가 손상되는 것을 방지하는 중성화 방지층이 적용된 후시공 노출콘크리트의 마감방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 중성화 방지층이 적용된 후시공 노출콘크리트의 마감방법은, 타설후 외부로 노출된 콘크리트(11)의 표면을 마감하는 노출콘크리트의 마감방법에 있어서, 상기 콘크리트(11)의 표면의 요철을 제거하는 표면 정리 단계(S110); 상기 콘크리트(11)의 표면에 시멘트 피복재(21)로 상기 콘크리트(11)의 표면을 보수하는 표면 보수 단계(S120); 상기 시멘트 피복재(21)로 보수된 상기 콘크리트(11)의 표면의 평활도를 향상을 위하여 상기 콘크리트(11)의 표면을 연마하는 샌딩 단계(S130); 표면이 연마된 상기 콘크리트(11)의 표면을 상기 콘크리트(11)의 표면이 대기 및 수분과 접촉을 차단하는 중성화 방지 도료로 도장하는 도장 단계(S150); 상기 중성화 방지 도료의 도장면에 패턴을 형성하는 패턴 형성 단계(S160) 및 상기 중성화 방지 도료의 표면으로 발수제를 도포하여 발수층(23)을 형성하는 발수제 도포 단계(S180);를 포함한다.
