MODULE TYPE CLIMBING APPARATUS FOR CHECKING AND REPAIRING PIER OF BRIDGE
The present invention relates to modular climbing equipment for inspection and maintenance of piers. The modular climbing equipment for inspection and maintenance of piers comprises: unit climbing modules positioned at horizontal intervals on an outer surface of a pier and capable of moving vertically; unit module control units provided on the unit climbing modules, respectively, to control the unit climbing modules; tension generation units connecting two unit climbing modules adjacent to each other among the unit climbing modules to adjust tension between the two unit climbing modules, thereby regulating an adhesive force of each of the unit climbing modules to the outer surface of the pier; and a working platform supported by the unit climbing modules and moving up and down together as the unit climbing modules move up and down. According to the present invention, inspection and maintenance work on bridge piers can be carried out safely and easily.
본 발명은 교각 점검 및 보수용 모듈형 클라이밍장비에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 교각의 외면에 수평 방향으로 서로 간격을 두고 위치하며, 상하로 움직이는 단위 클라이밍모듈들; 상기 단위 클라이밍모듈들에 각각 구비되어 단위 클라이밍모듈을 제어하는 단위 모듈제어유닛; 상기 단위 클라이밍모듈들에서 서로 인접하는 두 개의 단위 클라이밍모듈들을 서로 연결하여 두 개의 단위 클라이밍모듈의 긴장력을 조절함에 의해 단위 클라이밍모듈들이 각각 상기 교각 외면에 밀착되는 밀착력을 조절하는 긴장력발생유닛들; 및 상기 단위 클라이밍모듈들에 지지되며, 단위 클라이밍모듈들의 상하 움직임에 따라 함께 상하로 움직이는 작업대를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 교량의 교각에 대한 점검 및 유지보수 작업을 안전하고 간편하게 할 수 있다.
