The present invention relates to an insulation frame and, more specifically, to an insulation frame capable of improving insulation performance as well as securing sufficient structural strength by applying a double insulation structure in which different types of frames having different outdoor and indoor materials are formed and an insulation bar is formed in a center part. More specifically, in accordance with the present invention, as an outdoor frame is formed of stainless steel and an indoor frame is formed of aluminum, advantages of a stainless steel product and advantages of an aluminum product are combined to considerably improve insulation performance. Moreover, in accordance with the present invention, outdoor and indoor materials are varied to enable free color selection such that a product having an elegant exterior and designed in accordance with a plan and a demand of an orderer can be provided, and the product, which is complemented in compliance with energy saving design standards of buildings, can have excellent thermal efficiency and can be applied to any region in the whole country, and, moreover, the design application can be easier and price competitiveness can be considerably improved in comparison with existing products. Therefore, the present invention is capable of improving reliability and competitiveness in a window frame field and an insulation frame field as well as in fields similar or related thereto.
본 발명은 단열 프레임에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 실외측과 실내측의 재질이 서로 다른 이종의 프레임으로 구성하고 중앙부에 단열바를 구성한 이중단열구조를 적용함으로써, 단열성능을 향상시킴은 물론, 구조적 강도를 충분히 확보할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 특히, 본 발명은 실외측 프레임은 스테인리스(Stainless)로 구성하고, 실내측 프레임은 알루미늄(Aluminum)으로 구성함으로써, 스테인리스제품의 장점과 알루미늄제품의 장점을 복합적으로 결합하여 단열성능을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 실외측과 실내측의 재질에 변화를 주어 자유롭게 색상선택이 가능하여 미관이 수려하고 설계 및 발주자의 요구에 맞는 디자인이 가능한 제품을 제공할 수 있으며, 건축물의 에너지절약설계기준에 맞게 보완된 제품으로 열효율이 뛰어나고 전국 모든 지역에 적용이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 설계적용이 용이하고 기존제품에 비하여 가격경쟁력을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 창호용 프레임 분야 및 단열기능을 갖는 프레임 분야는 물론, 이와 유사 내지 연관된 분야에서 신뢰성 및 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있다.
