MIXED SAND COMPRISING WASTE MOLDING SAND AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
Disclosed are mixed molding sand and a method for manufacturing the same. The mixed molding sand comprises: waste molding sand containing waste aggregate and waste cement; and molding sand containing aggregate and cement. The mixed molding sand and the method for manufacturing the same of the present invention have an effect of recycling waste molding sand by mixing the waste molding sand and molding sand and using the same. In addition, the present invention can be applied to 3D printing by adjusting a mixing ratio of the waste molding sand and the molding sand, and has excellent moldability, air permeability, disintegration and strength during mold production.
혼합 주물사 및 그의 제조방법을 개시한다. 상기 폐골재 및 폐시멘트를 포함하는 폐주물사; 및 골재 및 시멘트를 포함하는 주물사; 를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 혼합 주물사 및 그의 제조방법은 폐주물사 및 주물사를 혼합하여 사용함으로써, 폐주물사를 재활용할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한 본 발명은 폐주물사 및 주물사의 혼합비를 조절함으로써, 3D 프린팅에 적용 가능하고, 주형 제작 시 성형성, 통기성, 붕괴성 및 강도가 우수한 효과가 있다.
