Nomad home's residential space composition method
The present invention provides a residential space configuration method of a nomad home (5) using a unit residential stand (3) and free residential configuration units (4) of the nomad home (5) which can form a free space according to various furniture forms and diverse preferences for each life cycle of residents. The unit residential stand (3), in the form of real estate, includes a double floor and a double ceiling (or exposed) to allow free movement of the free residential configuration units (4). When the free residential configuration units (4), which are in the form of movable property, move or are installed and settled, connection and fluidity of utility lines (to supply or discharge service water, wastewater, sewage, electricity, communication, fire protection, etc.) are achieved. The free residential configuration units (4), which are in the form of movable property, can be handmade or factory custom-made (e.g., using 3D printers and eco-friendly materials) as single or combined products, have mobility and detachability, can be produced, managed, repaired, stored, replaced, and recycled, and can cope with the diverse preferences of residents. The nomad home (5) can be provided as a new residential culture form (as a single-family or a multi-family dwelling) which can cope with the changing residential environment, various furniture forms, and the diverse preferences for different life cycles of residents.
본 발명은 다양한 가구형태와 거주자의 생애주기별 각양각색의 다양한 취향에 따른 자유로운 공간구성이 가능한 노마드홈(5)의 단위주거대(臺)(3)와 주거구성 자유유닛(4)을 이용한 노마드홈(5)의 주거공간 구성방식을 제시한다. 부동산(不動産)형태의 단위주거대(臺)(3)는 주거구성 자유유닛(4)의 자유로운 이동이 가능할 수 있게 이중바닥과 이중천장(또는 노출)으로 구성되고, 동산(動産)형태의 주거구성 자유유닛(4)들이 이동 하거나 설치 정착될 때 설비라인(상수/오수/하수/전기/통신/소방 등을 공급하거나 배출)의 연결과 유동성을 갖게 한다. 동산(動産)형태로 존재하는 주거구성 자유유닛(4)은 단일형 또는 결합형의 제품으로 수공(手工)제작 또는 공장 주문제작(3D프린터 등-친환경재료 사용)되어 자체의 이동성과 탈부착성을 갖고, 생산/관리/수선/보관/교체/재활용 되며 거주자의 다양한 취향에 대응할 수 있게 된다. 노마드홈(5)은 변화하는 주거환경과 다양한 가구형태, 그리고 각양각색의 취향을 갖은 거주자의 요구에 생애주기별 대응할 수 있는 새로운 주거문화 (단독주택이나 공동주택)의 한 형태로 제공되게 될 것이다.
