The present invention relates to a permanent form beam with a deck receiver with secured safety by preventing deck detachment, which uses a pair of unit members and a pair of lower steel plates to form a cross section to additionally include a unit member in accordance with the width or length of a beam to have various cross sections, and includes a separate deck receiver for mounting a deck or the like on the upper end of a unit member on an upper portion of the cross section to sufficiently secure a mounting surface of a steel deck or the like and secure the stiffness of the mounting surface. According to one proper embodiment of the present invention, the permanent form beam with a deck receiver with secured safety by preventing deck detachment comprises: a pair of lower steel plates consisting of vertical parts and horizontal parts horizontally extended from the lower end of the vertical parts to have an L-shaped cross section and consisting of joining ribs formed by bending both ends inwards at a right angle to bring the joining ribs of ends of the horizontal parts into contact with each other to form symmetry; a pair of unit members having a vertical plate shape of a prescribed length, forming joining ribs by bending both ends thereof inwards, and joined to an upper portion of the lower steel plates to be separated by a prescribed distance to face each other; a deck receiver consisting of a horizontal mounting part, an escape prevention protrusion protruding upwards from the upper surface of the mounting part, and a water stopping protrusion extended downwards from the outer end of the mounting part to be joined to the upper end of the unit members to be separated by a prescribed distance to the outside of the unit members of the water stopping protrusion; and stirrups welded and coupled to the inside in the longitudinal direction of the cross section consisting of the lower steel plates and the unit members at regular intervals.
본 발명은 한 쌍의 하부강판과 한 쌍의 단위부재를 이용하여 단면을 구성하도록 하여 보의 폭이나 춤에 따라 단위부재를 추가 구성하여 단면을 다양하게 구성할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 단면 상부의 단위부재의 상단부에 데크 등을 거치하도록 하는 별도의 데크받이를 구성하도록 하여 강재 데크 등의 거치면을 충분히 확보하면서도 거치면의 강성을 확보하도록 하는 데크탈락을 방지하여 안전성이 확보된 데크받이가 구성된 비탈형 거푸집 보에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 수직부와 수직부의 하단부에서 수평으로 연장되는 수평부로 이루어져 ㄴ 단면으로 이루어지며 양단부가 내측 직각방향으로 절곡되어 형성된 접합리브로 이루어져, 수평부의 단부의 접합리브가 접하여 한 쌍이 대칭을 이루도록 구성되는 하부강판과; 일정 길이의 수직 판 형상으로 양단부가 내측으로 절곡되어 접합리브가 형성되며 하부강판의 상부에 접합되어 한 쌍이 마주보도록 일정거리 이격되어 구성되는 단위부재와; 수평의 거치부과, 거치부의 상부면에서 상부로 돌출되는 이탈방지턱과, 거치부의 외측 단부에서 하방으로 연장되는 물끊기턱으로 이루어져, 물끊기턱의 단위부재의 외측으로 일정거리 이격되도록 단위부재의 상단부의 접합리브에 접합되는 데크받이와; 하부강판과 단위부재로 이루어지는 단면의 길이방향의 일정 간격마다 내측면에 용접되어 결합되는 스트럽근;을 포함하여 이루어진다.
