Automatic reel for electric fence door
The present invention relates to an automatic reel for an electric fence door, comprising: a reel bin in a shape of a cylinder opened to one side, and having a penetrating hole formed on an outer circumferential surface so that a connection line can pass through; a shaft coupling unit formed in an inner center unit of the reel bin; a shaft member unrotatably coupled to the shaft coupling unit; a winding member coupled to the shaft member and formed in a cylindrical shape for rotating around the shaft member, and having the connection line wound; a conductor coupled to the shaft member and connected to the connection line; and an access line coupled to the shaft member, and having one end connected to the conductor and having the other end extended to the outside of the winding member and connected to a conduction line. A door of an electric fence can be easily opened and closed, and the internal structure of winding the connection line and the structure of the conductor are simplified, so that manufacturing cost can be reduced and economic efficiency can be secured. At the same time, assembly properties and durability are improved, and when the reel bin is fixed on a fixing block, the reel bin comes in close contact with a contact unit and fixed, so that the reel bin can be prevented from rotating and shaking.
본 발명은 일방향으로 개방된 원통형으로 이루어지며 외주면에는 연결선이 통과하도록 관통공이 형성되는 릴통; 상기 릴통의 내측 중앙부에 형성되는 축결합부; 상기 축결합부에 회전 불가능하게 결합되는 축부재; 상기 축부재에 결합되어 축부재를 중심으로 회전하도록 원통형으로 형성되며, 연결선이 권취되는 권취부재; 상기 축부재에 결합되어 연결선과 연결되는 전도체; 상기 축부재에 결합되며 일단이 전도체와 연결되고 타단은 권취부재의 외부로 연장되어 도전선과 연결되는 접속선이 구성됨으로써, 전기울타리의 출입문을 쉽게 열고 닫을 수 있고, 연결선을 귄취하는 내부구조 및 전도체의 구조를 간소화하므로 제조비용을 절감하여 경제성을 확보함과 동시에 조립성 및 내구성을 향상시키며, 릴통을 고정블록에 고정시 릴통이 밀착부에 말착되면서 고정되므로 릴통의 회전 및 흔들림을 방지할 수 있는 전기울타리 출입문용 자동 릴에 관한 것이다.
