Apparatus for removal of paint or rust for bridge
The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing paint and rust from a bridge. More specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus for removing paint and rust from a bridge, which is able to spray powder onto a work target surface of a bridge structure and remove paint or rust. According to the present invention, the apparatus for removing paint and rust from a bridge comprises: a head unit including a head main body having a space unit for removing paint or rust, one or more brushes installed on the head main body to be located on the space unit, and driven by a driving unit, and coming in contact with a surface of a work target, and removing paint or rust, and a handle installed on the head main body and allowing a worker to grip the head main body for removing rust from the work target; a sanding unit including one or more nozzles installed on the head main body, a compressor connected to the nozzles through a pneumatic pipe, and supplying high-pressure air, and a powder supply unit connected to the pneumatic pipe, and supplying powder along with the high-pressure air supplied to the nozzles by the compressor; and a dust collection unit connected to the head main body through an air suction pipe, and absorbing and collecting the powder and paint or rust from the inside of the space unit.
본 발명은 교량의 도장 및 녹 제거장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 교량 구조물의 작업 대상면에 분말을 분사하여 도장 또는 녹을 제거하는 교량의 도장 및 녹 제거장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 교량의 도장 및 녹 제거장치는 도장 또는 녹을 제거하기 위한 공간부를 갖는 헤드본체와, 상기 공간부에 위치하도록 상기 헤드본체에 설치되며 구동부에 의해 구동되어 작업대상물의 표면과 접촉하여 도장 또는 녹을 제거하는 적어도 하나의 브러쉬와, 상기 헤드본체에 설치되어 작업자가 상기 헤드본체를 작업대상물의 녹을 제거할 수 있도록 파지하는 핸들을 구비하는 헤드유닛과; 상기 헤드본체부에 설치되는 적어도 하나의 노즐과, 상기 노즐과 공압관을 통해 연결되어 고압의 공기를 공급하는 컴프레서와, 상기 공압관과 연결되어 상기 컴프레서에 의해 상기 노즐로 공급되는 고압의 공기에 편승되게 분말을 공급하는 분말공급부를 구비하는 샌딩유닛과; 상기 헤드본체와 흡기관을 통해 연결되며 상기 공간부 내의 상기 분말과 도료 또는 녹을 흡입하여 포집하기 위한 집진유닛;을 구비한다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing paint and rust from a bridge.
