Recycling method of municipal solid waste incineration bottom ash hot asphalt mixture using the incineration bottom ash producing method thereof
The present invention relates to recycling of household waste incineration floor ash, more specifically, to a method of recycling floor ash ('incineration floor ash') from the incineration ash generated in the incineration process of urban household waste as a substitute for fine aggregate in heated asphalt mixture, a method for processing the incineration floor ash for this purpose, and heated asphalt mixture using such the incineration floor ash as a fine aggregate substitute and method for manufacturing the same. In the present invention, provided is a method of recycling incineration floor ash in which the incinerated floor ash is pretreated including drying, grinding, and screening and then used in a heated asphalt mixture as a replacement for fine aggregate. According to the present invention, it is possible to manufacture a heated asphalt mixture of equivalent quality to a heated asphalt mixture using 100 % natural fine aggregate while recycling a large amount of floor incineration ash and greatly reducing the amount of natural fine aggregate such as sand by using pretreated incineration floor ash as a substitute for fine aggregate, which is one of the components of heated asphalt mixture.
본 발명은 생활폐기물 소각 바닥재의 재활용에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 도시 생활쓰레기의 소각공정에서 발생하는 소각회 중에서 바닥재('소각 바닥재')를 가열 아스팔트 혼합물의 잔골재 대체재로 재활용하는 방법, 이를 위한 소각 바닥재의 처리방법, 이러한 소각 바닥재를 잔골재 대체재로 이용한 가열 아스팔트 혼합물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는, 소각 바닥재를 건조, 분쇄 및 선별을 포함하는 전처리를 한 후 잔골재의 대체재로 가열 아스팔트 혼합물에 사용하는 소각 바닥재의 재활용방법이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따르면 전처리된 소각 바닥재를 가열 아스팔트 혼합물의 구성성분 중 하나인 잔골재 대체재로 사용함으로써 바닥 소각재를 대량으로 재활용하고 모래 같은 천연 잔골재의 사용량을 크게 줄이면서도 100% 천연 잔골재를 사용한 가열 아스팔트 혼합물과 동등한 정도로 우수한 품질의 가열 아스팔트 혼합물을 제조할 수 있다.
