The present invention relates to a safety handrail. A purpose of the present invention is to provide a safety handrail supporter for a mold support device, capable of making foldable a safety handrail supporter installed on the edge of a sheathing board such that the safety handrail supporter can function as a work handrail during work, and can avoid interference with various prevention means when folded. To achieve the purpose, in accordance with the present invention, the safety handrail supporter for a mold support device comprises: a fixing unit having a pair of insertion pieces inserted into an upper side of a fixed plate fixed to a sheathing board by a pin, side by side at a distance from each other, having a first shaft hole formed into a vertical elongated shape, on the same position of each of the pair of insertion pieces, and having a stopper formed in a horizontal direction between the pair of insertion pieces, below the first shaft hole; and a support rod having a long rod-shaped body located between the insertion pieces of the fixing unit, having a safety bar fixing unit installed in a vertical direction of the body to fix a safety bar, having a fitting hole formed at the lower end of the body with an open lower side into which the stopper can be fitted from the lower side, as well as having a second shaft hole formed into a vertical elongated shape, above the fitting hole, by penetrating the body in order for a shaft pin inserted through the first shaft hole to be penetrated and coupled.
본 발명은 안전난간 지지대에 관한 것으로, 거푸집널의 가장자리에 설치되는 안전난간 지지대가 접힘이 가능하도록 함으로써 작업시에는 펼쳐서 작업난간의 역할을 하고, 접힌 경우에는 각종 방지와의 간섭을 회피하도록 하도록 한 거푸집 지지장치의 안전난간 지지대를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 거푸집널에 핀에 의해 고정된 고정판의 상측으로 한 쌍의 입설편이 간격을 두고 나란히 입설되고, 상기 한 쌍의 입설편에는 동일한 위치에 상하방향의 장공형태로 된 제1축공이 각각 형성되며, 상기 제1축공의 하측에는 한 쌍의 입설편 사이에 가로방향으로 형성된 스토퍼가 구비된 고정부; 기다란 봉 형태로 된 몸체가 상기 고정부의 입설편 사이에 위치하고, 상기 몸체의 상하방향으로는 안전바가 고정되기 위한 안전바고정부가 설치되며, 몸체의 하단에는 상기 스토퍼가 하측으로부터 끼워질 수 있도록 하측이 개방된 끼움공이 형성됨과 아울러, 상기 끼움공의 상측에는 상기 제1축공을 관통하여 삽입되는 축핀이 관통되어 체결되기 위한 제2축공이 상하방향의 장공형태로 몸체를 관통하여 형성된 지지봉;으로 구성된다.
The present invention relates to a safety handrail.
