The rotation-only coupler includes: a lower rotating cover coupled to a bucket; a rotary joint inserted into the lower rotating cover to be protruding from the lower rotating cover; a worm housing surrounding the rotary joint on the lower rotating cover and having a worm gear on one side while having a rotating guider extended radially toward the rotary joint; a worm wheel geared to the worm gear between the worm housing and the rotary joint, and covering the rotating guider, while facing the lower rotating cover; an upper fixing cover penetrating the rotary joint while covering the worm housing and worm wheel; and ring-shaped first to third anti-wear members sequentially located between the lower rotating cover and the rotating guider, between the rotating guider and the worm wheel, and the worm wheel and the upper fixing cover, respectively. Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing grease from leaking between the rotary joint and the upper fixing cover.
본 발명에 따른 회전 전용 커플러는, 버켓에 결합되는 하부 회전 커버; 하부 회전 커버에 삽입되어 하부 회전 커버로부터 돌출하는 로터리 조인트(rotary joint); 하부 회전 커버 상에서 로터리 조인트를 둘러싸고 일측에 웜기어(worm gear)를 가지면서 로터리 조인트를 향해 방사상으로 연장하는 회전 가이더를 가지는 웜하우징; 웜하우징과 로터리 조인트 사이에서 웜기어와 치합하고 회전 가이더를 덮으면서 하부 회전 커버와 마주하는 웜휠(worm wheel); 로터리 조인트를 관통시키면서 웜하우징과 웜휠을 덮는 상부 고정 커버; 및 하부 회전 커버와 회전 가이더, 그리고 회전 가이더와 웜휠, 그리고 웜휠과 상부 고정 커버 사이에 하나씩으로 순차적으로 위치되는 고리 형상의 제1 내지 제3 마모 방지재를 포함한다.
