The present invention relates to a waste tire eco-friendly roof tile, a manufacturing method thereof, and a roof construction method using the waste tire eco-friendly roof tile. The waste tire eco-friendly roof tile of the present invention comprises: a waste tire female key formed concavely by cutting a waste tire into a predetermined size, subjecting the waste tire to the predetermined size, subjecting the waste tire to injection processing and heat treatment, and having a plurality of first screw holes formed on the plate surface; and a waste tire male key formed concavely by cutting the waste tire into the predetermined size, subjecting the waste tire to the predetermined size, subjecting the waste tire to the injection processing and the heat treatment, and having a plurality of second screw holes formed on the plate surface. An objective of the present invention is to provide the waste tire eco-friendly roof tile which can solve an environmental pollution problem caused by disposal of the waste tire, the manufacturing method thereof, and the roof construction method using the waste tire eco-friendlyroof tile.
폐타이어 친환경 기와 및 그 제조방법, 그리고, 상기 폐타이어 친환경 기와를 이용한 지붕 시공방법에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명의 폐타이어 친환경 기와는 폐타이어를 미리 결정된 크기로 절단하여 사출 가공한 후, 열처리함으로써 오목하게 형성되며, 판면에 복수 개의 제1 나사홀이 형성되는 폐타이어 암키와; 및 폐타이어를 미리 결정된 크기로 절단하여 사출 가공한 후, 열처리함으로써 볼록하게 형성되며, 판면에 복수 개의 제2 나사홀이 형성되는 폐타이어 수키와를 포함한다.
