In order to improve economic efficiency and impact resistance, the present invention provides concrete composition with mixed seawater-seasand-polyethylene terephthalate. The concrete composition includes: seawater containing sodium chloride; cement which hardens when mixed with the seawater and contains calcium oxide, silicon dioxide, and aluminum oxide; reinforcing aggregate containing coarse aggregate and fine aggregate containing seasand and mixed to increase the strength of the hardened concrete; polyethylene terephthalate which is ground and mixed into powder to increase the destruction energy, which is energy accumulated inside the hardened concrete until the hardened concrete is destroyed; and nanoparticles mixed to suppress hydrolysis of the polyethylene terephthalate.
