A paint painting method that minimizes the occurrence of building defects
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a paint-painting method of building structures which can minimize the occurrence of defects due to the cracking and lifting of a painted surface over time after painting as well as the discoloration and lifting due to moisture infiltration and can improve the adhesion of old and new coatings when repainting, and a pretreatment paint composition for painting. The paint-painting method of the present invention comprises: a first process of surface treating a surface for painting; a second process of applying the pretreatment paint composition for painting prepared by uniformly mixing 5 to 9 wt% of a highly concentrated liquid waterproofing solution and 5 to 9 wt% of concrete adhesive reinforcement to 82 to 90 wt% of a pretreatment mixture uniformly mixed with 8 to 18 wt% of fat sugar, 9 to 19 wt% of talc, 0 to 11 wt% of kaolin, 1 to 11 wt% of ethylene glycol, 0 to 5 wt% of Texanol, 5 to 15 wt% of acrylic emulsion, 6 to 16 wt% of calcium carbonate, and 29 to 41 wt% of water; and a third process of applying synthetic resin emulsion paint after drying the applied pretreatment paint composition for painting. The pretreatment paint composition for painting of the present invention is prepared by uniformly mixing 5 to 9 wt% of the highly concentrated liquid waterproofing solution and 5 to 9 wt% of concrete adhesive reinforcement to 82 to 90 wt% of the pretreatment mixture uniformly mixed with 8 to 18 wt% of fat sugar, 9 to 19 wt% of talc, 0 to 11 wt% of kaolin, 1 to 11 wt% of ethylene glycol, 0 to 5 wt% of Texanol, 5 to 15 wt% of acrylic emulsion, 6 to 16 wt% of calcium carbonate, and 29 to 41 wt% of water.
도색후 시간 경과에 따른 도색면의 갈라짐 및 들뜸 현상과 습기 침투에 의한 변색 및 들뜸 현상에 의한 하자발생을 최소화할 수 있고, 재 도색시 구도포막과 신도포막의 접착성을 향상시킬 수 있는 건축구조물의 페인트 도색방법 및 도색용 전처리페인트조성물을 제공하는데 있다. 본 발명의 페인트 도색방법은, 도색하기 위한 면을 표면처리하는 제1 공정과; 지당 8~18중량%, 탈크 9~19중량%, 카오린 0~11중량%, 에틸렌글리콜 1~11중량%, 텍사놀 0~5중량%, 아크릴에멀젼 5~15중량%, 탄산칼슘 6~16중량%, 물 29~41중량%를 균일하게 혼합한 전처리혼합물 82~90중량%에 고농축액체방수액 5~9중량%, 콘크리트접착증강재 5~9중량%를 균일하게 혼합하여 제조된 도색용 전처리페인트조성물을 도포하는 제2 공정과; 상기 도포된 도색용 전처리페인트조성물의 건조후 합성수지에멀전페인트를 도포하는 제3 공정으로 이루어진다. 또한, 본 발명의 도색용 전처리페인트조성물은, 지당 8~18중량%, 탈크 9~19중량%, 카오린 0~11중량%, 에틸렌글리콜 1~11중량%, 텍사놀 0~5중량%, 아크릴에멀젼 5~15중량%, 탄산칼슘 6~16중량%, 물 29~41중량%을 균일하게 혼합한 전처리혼합물 82~90중량%에 고농축액체방수액 5~9중량%, 콘크리트접착증강재 5~9중량%를 균일하게 혼합하여 이루어진다.
