Grout injection device and grouting construction method
The present invention relates to a grout injection device and a grouting construction method using the same. In manufacturing the grout injection device, the grout injection device with an improved structure, which includes various forms of air/water discharge means, which can filter out large particles of grout and discharge only air and water during grout injection, can be manufactured simply and rapidly. After the grout injection device equipped with the air/water discharge means is inserted into a hole drilled in the ground, when the grouting construction method is performed, grout is forced in through a grout injection tube with strong injection pressure, and a filter member constituting the air/water discharge means filters out large particles of the grout and passes only the air and water contained in the grout to be easily discharged externally along a discharge hose. Accordingly, the injection time is significantly reduced due to the facilitation of the grout injection, and the loss of grout is also reduced since only air and water are discharged externally by squeezing the grout, and the curing time of the grout is significantly shortened due to the discharge of air and water. After curing, a ground improvement body with much superior strength compared to the grouting construction method using conventional grout injection devices can be obtained.
본 발명은 그라우트 주입장치 및 이를 이용한 그라우팅 시공방법에 관한 것으로 그라우트 주입장치를 제작함에 있어서 그라우트 주입시 그라우트의 큰 입자는 걸러 주고 에어와 물만을 배출시켜 줄수 있도록 다양한 형태의 에어/물 배출수단이 구비되는 개선된 구조의 그라우트 주입장치를 간편하고 신속하게 제작완료 할 수 있도록 함은 물론, 에어/물 배출수단이 설치된 본 발명의 그라우트 주입장치를 지반에 천공된 천공홀에 삽입한 다음 그라우팅 시공방법을 수행하면 그라우트주입관을 통해 강력한 주입압력으로 그라우트가 강제로 주입시 에어/물배출수단을 구성하는 필터부재에 의해 그라우트의 큰 입자는 걸러 주고 그라우트에 함유된 에어와 물만 통과하여 배출호스를 따라 외부로 용이하게 배출되어 지기때문에 그라우트의 주입이 수월하게 이루어지므로 주입시간이 대폭 단축되고, 마치 그라우트를 쥐어 짜서 에어와 물만을 외부로 배출시켜주는 작용을 하는 것이어서 그라우트의 손실이 작아 지는 것은 물론, 에어와 물의 배출로 인해 그라우트 양생시간이 크게 단축됨과 동시에 양생후에는 종래의 그라우트 주입장치를 이용하는 그라우팅 시공방법 보다 훨씬 강도가 우수한 지반개량체를 얻을 수 있는 것이다.
