FOOD WASTE COLLECTOR FOR FOOD WASTE DISPOSER
The present invention aims to provide a food waste collector for a food waste disposer, comprising: a storage bin forming a storage space with both end units opened inside, and having a lower side of the storage space being opened toward a food outlet, and having food put into the upper side of the storage space; a filtering plate arranged to slide between the food outlet and a lower end unit of the storage bin and open or close a lower side of the storage space, and arranged to separate waste water from the food put into the storage space when the lower side of the storage space is closed by including a filter hole; and a waste water discharge member arranged on a lower side of the filtering plate, and opened toward the filtering plate so that one end can communicate with the filter hole and the waste water discharged from the filter hole can be introduced, and the other end can be opened toward the waste water outlet, and the waste water can be induced to be discharged through the waste water outlet. As such, according to the present invention, a filtering plate is included to selectively open/close a lower end unit of a storage bin by sliding and including a filter hole, so that food with wastewater removed can be discharged from the storage bin. In addition, a wastewater discharge member including a wastewater induction hole is arranged on a lower end unit of the filtering plate, so that waste separated from food can be separately discharged.
본 발명은, 내부에 양 단부가 개방된 수거공간을 형성하고, 상기 수거공간의 하측은 음식물배출구측으로 개방되도록 구비되고, 상기 수거공간의 상측으로는 음식물이 투입되는 수거통; 상기 음식물배출구와 상기 수거통의 하단부 사이를 슬라이딩 이동하면서 상기 수거공간의 하측을 개방 또는 폐쇄하도록 구비되고, 여과공을 포함하여 상기 수거공간의 하측 폐쇄 시 상기 수거공간에 투입된 상기 음식물로부터 폐수를 분리하도록 구비되는 여과판; 및 상기 여과판 하측에 구비되면서, 일단이 상기 여과공과 연통하도록 상기 여과판측으로 개방되어 상기 여과공으로부터 배출되는 상기 폐수가 유입되고, 타단은 폐수배출구측으로 개방되어 유입된 상기 폐수가 상기 폐수배출구로 배출되도록 유도하는 폐수유도홀을 내부에 형성하는 폐수배출부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 처리 장치용 음식물 수거기를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 여과공을 포함하면서 슬라이딩 이동에 따라 수거통의 하단부를 선택적으로 개폐하도록 구비된 여과판을 포함하여 수거통으로부터 폐수가 제거된 음식물을 배출시킬 수 있으며, 또한 여과판 하단부에 폐수유도홀을 포함하는 폐수배출부재가 구비되어, 음식물로부터 분리된 폐수를 따로 배출시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention aims to provide a food waste collector for a food waste disposer, comprising: a storage bin forming a storage space with both end units opened inside, and having a lower side of the storage space being opened toward a food outlet, and having food put into the upper side of the storage space; a filtering plate arranged to slide between the food outlet and a lower end unit of the storage bin and open or close a lower side of the storage space, and arranged to separate waste water from the food put into the storage space when the lower side of the storage space is closed by including a filter hole; and a waste water discharge member arranged on a lower side of the filtering plate, and opened toward the filtering plate so that one end can communicate with the filter hole and the waste water discharged from the filter hole can be introduced, and the other end can be opened toward the waste water outlet, and the waste water can be induced to be discharged through the waste water outlet. As such, according to the present invention, a filtering plate is included to selectively open/close a lower end unit of a storage bin by sliding and including a filter hole, so that food with wastewater removed can be discharged from the storage bin. In addition, a wastewater discharge member including a wastewater induction hole is arranged on a lower end unit of the filtering plate, so that waste separated from food can be separately discharged.
본 발명은, 내부에 양 단부가 개방된 수거공간을 형성하고, 상기 수거공간의 하측은 음식물배출구측으로 개방되도록 구비되고, 상기 수거공간의 상측으로는 음식물이 투입되는 수거통; 상기 음식물배출구와 상기 수거통의 하단부 사이를 슬라이딩 이동하면서 상기 수거공간의 하측을 개방 또는 폐쇄하도록 구비되고, 여과공을 포함하여 상기 수거공간의 하측 폐쇄 시 상기 수거공간에 투입된 상기 음식물로부터 폐수를 분리하도록 구비되는 여과판; 및 상기 여과판 하측에 구비되면서, 일단이 상기 여과공과 연통하도록 상기 여과판측으로 개방되어 상기 여과공으로부터 배출되는 상기 폐수가 유입되고, 타단은 폐수배출구측으로 개방되어 유입된 상기 폐수가 상기 폐수배출구로 배출되도록 유도하는 폐수유도홀을 내부에 형성하는 폐수배출부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 처리 장치용 음식물 수거기를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 여과공을 포함하면서 슬라이딩 이동에 따라 수거통의 하단부를 선택적으로 개폐하도록 구비된 여과판을 포함하여 수거통으로부터 폐수가 제거된 음식물을 배출시킬 수 있으며, 또한 여과판 하단부에 폐수유도홀을 포함하는 폐수배출부재가 구비되어, 음식물로부터 분리된 폐수를 따로 배출시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
