METHOD OF FABRICATING TERNARY PIEZOELETRIC CERAMICS WITH IMPROVED PIEZOELETRIC PROPERTIES
The present invention relates to a method for fabricating a ternary piezoelectric ceramic with improved piezoelectric properties, and also relates to a ternary piezoelectric ceramic with improved piezoelectric properties obtained by the fabricating method. The method for fabricating a ternary piezoelectric ceramic with improved piezoelectric properties comprises the steps of: mixing 0.36BiScO_3-(0.64-x)PbTiO_3 powder and xBaTiO_3 powder; calcining the mixture after the mixing; performing ball milling after the calcining; forming a ceramic specimen after the ball milling; sintering the ceramic specimen after molding the ceramic specimen; and polarizing the sintered ceramic specimen after the sintering.
본 발명은 압전 특성이 향상된 삼성분계 압전 세라믹의 제조 방법에 관한 것이고, 또한 이러한 제조 방법에 의해 얻어진 압전 특성이 향상된 삼성분계 압전 세라믹에 관한 것이다.
