The extrusion chip composition for the artificial turf filling providing various functionality
The present invention is a technique related to an extrusion chip composition for filling artificial turf providing insulation and antibacterial functions, and more specifically, is a technique for obtaining an extrusion chip composition for filling artificial turf which has an extrusion chip composition for filling artificial turf, as a basic composition, composed by selecting 50-150 parts by weight of inorganic ceramic powders, based on 100 parts by weight of polymer resins selected from styrene ethylene/butylene styrene (SEBS), styrene butadiene styrene (SBS), polybutadiene (PBD), and polyvinyl butyral (PVB). While selectively adjusting functions for providing a natural lawn atmosphere, the composition is made, by impregnating antibacterial and fragrance composition with a porous inorganic ceramic powder and by a surface modification method, in preparation for cases when insulation, antibacterial and fragrance effects are necessary, according to requirements of a user, thereby obtaining a porous inorganic ceramic powder having a functionality. The composition is extruded in an extrusion temperature range of 170 to 205℃, after being mixed with the basic composition of the extrusion chip composition for filling artificial turf and the porous inorganic ceramic powder at a proper rate, and is provided as a multifunctional extrusion chip for filling artificial turf providing multiple functions including insulation, antibacterial effects, and a fragrance infusing effects.
본 발명은 단열기능 및 항균기능을 갖도록 제공되는 인조잔디 충진용 압출 칩 조성물 관련 기술로써, 더욱 상세하게는 SEBS(Styrene Ethylene/Butylene Styrene), SBS(Styrene Butadiene Styrene), PBD(Polybutadiene), PVB(Polyvinylbutyral) 중에서 선택되는 고분자수지를 100 중량부를 기준으로 할 때 무기 세라믹 분말이 50 내지는 150 중량부가 선택되어 이루어지는 인조잔디 충진용 압출 칩 조성물로 기본조성을 이루고, 천연 잔디구장 분위기를 제공하기 위한 기능을 선택적으로 조절하면서 사용자의 요구에 따라 단열효과, 항균효과, 향이 필요한 경우를 대비하여 다공성 무기세라믹 분말에 항균성 및 향 조성물의 함침과 표면개질화 방법에 의해 만들어 기능성을 갖는 다공성 무기세라믹 분말을 얻고 상기 인조잔디 충진용 압출 칩 조성물의 기본조성과 다공성 무기세라믹 분말을 적정비율로 혼합된 후 170~205℃의 압출온도 범위에서 압출되어 다 기능성 인조잔디 충진용 압출 칩으로 제공되어 단열효과, 항균효과, 향 발산효과 등 다양한 기능성을 제공하는 인조잔디 충진용 압출 칩을 얻기 위한 기술이다.
