Sewer pipe cleaning device
The present invention relates to a sewer pipe cleaning device which cleans sludge and unclogs a sewer pipe. More specifically, a rotating drum (20) wound around a flexible tube body (23) with a rotating wire (22) inserted therein is installed axially inside a cylindrical body (10) and closed with an upper cover (30). An electric motor having a motor shaft connected to a rear end of the rotating wire of the rotating drum is connected to an external foot switch and a power line, such that an operator inserts an operating head (21) at the tip of the rotating wire (22) into a clogged drain. The operation control of the electric motor using the foot switch rotates the rotating wire to clean sludge accumulated in the sewer pipe and unclog the drain, such that the work is easily performed by a single worker, thereby greatly improving economics and workability by reducing manpower.
본 발명은 하수관의 슬러지 청소 및 막힘 부분을 뚫어 주는 하수관 청소장치에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 회전 와이어(22)가 내 삽입되어 있는 플랙시블 관체(23)를 권취한 회전 드럼(20)을 원통형 본체(10) 내부에 축 설치하고 상부 커버(30)로 마감 결합하되, 상기 회전 드럼의 회전 와이어 후단에 모터축이 연결되는 전동 모터를 외부의 발판 스위치와 전원선으로 연결 설치하여 작업자가 회전 와이어(22) 선단의 작동 헤드(21)를 막힌 하수구에 삽입시키고 이와 함께 발판 스위치에 의한 전동 모터의 작동제어로 회전 와이어를 회전시켜 하수관에 쌓여 있는 슬러지 청소 및 막힌 하수구를 뚫어 주는 작업을 행하도록 하므로 1인 작업자에 의해 간편하게 작업하게 되어 인력 절감에 의한 경제성과 작업성이 크게 향상되도록 하는데 그 특징이 있다.
