The apparatus for tool clamping of excavator
The present invention relates to a clamping device capable of clamping various tools or the like to the arm of an excavator and, more particularly, to a tool clamping apparatus for an excavator. The arm of an excavator can be coupled to a fixed plate having a plurality of mounting rods provided on the upper surface thereof. A rotating plate can be coupled to the bottom of the fixed plate by the coupling mean of the rotating plate so that the rotating plate can easily rotates. The rotating plate can be rotated forward and backward by the rotating means of the rotating plate. The rotating plate can be stopped at a desired rotating angle by the stopping means of the rotating plate, according to the intention of an operator. A fixing hook attached to one side of a bracket provided downward from the bottom of the rotating plate rotates in the same manner as the rotating plate. A movable hook is coupled to the counterpart bracket of the fixing hook by a connecting shaft so that the movable hook can easily rotates. By operating the movable hook by using the operating means of the movable hook, coupling rods formed on tools such as buckets, brakers, crushers, and plows can be attached or detached. Therefore, the tool clamping apparatus can be used for a long period of time without minor failures.
본 발명은 굴삭기의 아암에 각종 공구등을 클램핑할 수 있는 클램핑장치에 관한 것으로 특히, 상측면에 다수개의 장착봉들을 입설시키고 있는 고정판에 굴삭기의 아암이 결합될 수 있도록 하고 고정판의 저부로 회전판을 회전판의 결합수단에 의해 회전용이토록 결합시킬 수 있도록 하며 회전판의 회전수단에 의해 회전판을 정,역회전시킬 수 있도록 한 다음 회전판의 정지수단에 의해 회전판을 운전자의 의도대로 원하는 회전 각도에 맞추어 정지시킬 수 있도록 하고 회전판의 저부로 하향 입설된 브라켓 일측부에 부착되는 고정후크가 회전판과 동일하게 회전운동을 하도록 하며 고정후크의 상대편 브라켓상에 연결축으로 회전용이토록 가동후크를 결합시킨 다음 가동후크의 작동수단에 의해 가동후크를 작동시켜 버킷,브레이카,크라샤,쟁기등의 공구등에 형성된 결합봉들을 탈착시킬 수 있도록 된 굴삭기용 공구 클램핑장치를 제공한다.
