The present invention relates to a smoke ventilating window with an automatic opening and closing device installed in a window frame, and more specifically, to a smoke ventilating window with an automatic opening and closing device, which may automatically open or close the window after detecting gas and smoke generated by a fire within a building. To this end, the present invention comprises: a window frame; an automatic opening and closing device which is installed after being inserted into the upper side of the window frame; and a pair of windows which are slidably installed at the window frame in a left-and-right direction. The window frame comprises: an opening groove which is formed in a vertical length which is longer than the vertical length of the automatic opening and closing device at the front side of the portion at which the automatic opening and closing device is installed; and a guide groove which is formed at the lower side of the portion at which the automatic opening and closing device is installed. The automatic opening and closing device comprises: a housing; a driving motor provided in one side end portion of the housing; a chain which is installed in a caterpillar type in the housing after being linked with the driving motor; and a sprocket which is coupled to be in fluid communication with the inside of the track of the chain. The sprocket of the automatic opening and closing device has a connecting member downwardly extended, and the connecting member protrudes to the lower side of the guide groove to be coupled to one window between the pair of windows. The automatic opening and closing device may have a coupling bracket coupled to both end portions, and the coupling bracket being screw-coupled to the inside of the window frame such that the automatic opening and closing device may be installed in the window frame. A reinforcing bracket is coupled to the inside of the window frame. The automatic opening and closing device is installed after the coupling bracket and the reinforcing bracket are mutually screw-coupled. Therefore, the beautiful appearance of the window may not be compromised.

본 발명은 창호프레임의 내부에 자동개폐장치가 설치된 배연창에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 건물의 내부에서 화재에 의해 발생되는 가스 및 연기를 감지하게 되면 창문을 자동으로 개방하거나 폐쇄하는 자동개폐장치가 설치된 배연창에 관한 기술이다. 이러한 본 발명은 창호프레임, 창호프레임의 상측 내부에 삽입되어 설치되는 자동개폐장치, 창호프레임에 좌우로 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되는 한 쌍의 창문을 포함하고, 창호프레임은 자동개폐장치가 설치된 부분의 전방에 자동개폐장치의 세로 길이보다 긴 세로길이로 형성되는 개방홈과 자동개폐장치가 설치된 부분의 하측에 형성되는 가이드홈을 포함하며, 자동개폐장치는 하우징과 하우징의 일측 단부 내부에 구비되는 구동모터와 하우징의 내측이면서 구동모터와 연동되어 무한궤도로 설치되는 체인과 체인의 궤도 내측에서 유동 가능하게 결합되는 스프라켓을 포함한다. 그리고 자동개폐장치의 스프라켓은 하측으로 연결부재가 연장되어 형성되고 연결부재는 가이드홈의 하측으로 돌출되어 한 쌍의 창문 중 어느 하나의 창문과 결합되며, 자동개폐장치는 양단부에 결합브라켓이 결합되고 결합브라켓이 창호프레임의 내부에 나사 결합되어 자동개폐장치가 창호프레임의 내부에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 창호프레임의 내부에는 보강브라켓이 결합되며, 자동개폐장치는 결합브라켓과 상기 보강브라켓이 나사에 의해 상호 결합되어 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
