Greenhouse complex environment control system
The present invention relates to a greenhouse complex environment control system which can continuously control the opening of a ventilation window provided in a greenhouse even if an internal temperature sensor malfunctions. The greenhouse complex environment control system comprises: a sensor unit including an internal temperature sensor measuring the temperature of the inside of the greenhouse, a humidity sensor measuring the humidity of the inside of the greenhouse, a CO_2 sensor measuring the amount of CO_2 of the inside of the greenhouse, an external temperature sensor measuring the temperature of the outside of the greenhouse, a wind direction sensor measuring wind direction, a wind speed sensor measuring wind speed, a rain sensor measuring the amount of rainfall, and a solar radiation sensor measuring the amount of solar radiation; an equipment unit operated for controlling the environment of the inside of the greenhouse according to the measurement results of the sensor unit, including ventilation windows, curtains, flow fans, exhaust fans, sprayers, CO_2 supply valves, and heating devices; and a control unit receiving sensor values from various sensors of the sensor unit and controlling the ventilation windows, curtains, flow fans, exhaust fans, sprayers, CO_2 supply valves, and heating devices of the equipment unit to be operated according to the environmental conditions of the inside of the greenhouse which are preset, wherein the control unit continuously controls the opening degree of the ventilation windows using the opening value data of the ventilation windows stored separately for the previous day when it is determined that the internal temperature sensor malfunctions. According to the present invention, growth inhibition or necrosis of crops grown in the greenhouse can be prevented.
본 발명은 내부온도센서에 이상이 발생하더라도 온실에 구비된 환기창의 개도를 계속적으로 제어할 수 있는 온실 복합환경 제어시스템에 관한 것으로, 온실 내부의 온도를 측정하는 내부온도센서, 온실 내부의 습도를 측정하는 습도센서, 온실 내부의 CO2량을 측정하는 CO2센서, 온실 외부의 온도를 측정하는 외부온도센서, 풍향을 측정하는 풍향센서, 풍속을 측정하는 풍속센서, 강우량을 측정하는 감우센서, 일사량을 측정하는 일사센서 포함하는 센서부; 환기창, 커튼, 유동팬, 배기팬, 분무기, CO2공급밸브, 난방장치를 포함하여 상기 센서부의 측정 결과에 따라 온실 내부의 환경제어를 위해 작동되는 장비부; 및 상기 센서부의 각종 센서로부터 센서값을 받아들이며 이로부터 상기 장비부의 환기창, 커튼, 유동팬, 배기팬, 분무기, CO2공급밸브, 난방장치를 미리 설정된 온실 내부의 환경조건에 맞게 작동되도록 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하고, 상기 제어부는 내부온도센서에 이상이 있는 것으로 판단되면, 전날 시간대별도 저장된 환기창의 개도값 데이터를 이용하여 환기창의 개도를 지속적으로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
