The present invention relates to a vehicle passing height limiting device with a rotating function. The vehicle passing height limiting device with a rotating function is applied to the entrance of a vehicle passing facility installed on a vehicle road on which a vehicle passes to limit the height of the vehicle which can enter the vehicle passing facility and comprises a pillar part, a horizontal beam, an upper rotating member, a lower rotating member, and a vehicle height limiting member to limit the height of the vehicle entering the entrance of the vehicle passing facility. Even if the driver of the vehicle does not properly recognize the height of the vehicle to enter the entrance and the vehicle collides with the vehicle passing height limiting device, at least one between the upper rotating member and the lower rotating member is rotated to prevent damage to at least one between the vehicle and the vehicle passing height limiting device. The driver of the vehicle checks the rotation of at least one between the upper rotating member and the lower rotating member to prevent an accident in which the vehicle collides with the vehicle passing height limiting device.
본 발명은 회전 기능을 가진 차량 통과 높이 제한 장치에 관한 것이다. 개시되는 회전 기능을 가진 차량 통과 높이 제한 장치에 의하면, 차량이 통행하는 차량 도로에 설치되는 차량 통과 시설물의 진입구에 적용되어 상기 차량 통과 시설물에 진입할 수 있는 상기 차량의 높이를 제한시키는 것으로서, 지주부와, 수평보와, 상측 회전 부재와, 하측 회전 부재 및 차량 높이 제한 부재를 포함함에 따라, 상기 차량 통과 시설의 상기 진입구로 진입하는 상기 차량에 대한 높이를 제한할 뿐만 아니라, 상기 차량의 운전자가 상기 차량의 높이를 제대로 인지하지 못하고 진입하여 상기 차량이 차량 통과 높이 제한 장치에 부딪히게 되더라도 상기 상측 회전 부재와 상기 하측 회전 부재 중 적어도 하나가 회전됨으로써 상기 차량과 상기 차량 통과 높이 제한 장치 중 적어도 하나의 파손이 방지될 수 있고, 상기 상측 회전 부재와 상기 하측 회전 부재 중 적어도 하나가 회전되는 것을 상기 차량의 운전자가 확인하게 됨으로써 상기 차량이 상기 차량 통과 시설물과 부딪히는 사고도 미연에 방지할 수 있게 되는 장점이 있다.
