The present invention relates to a repair unit for repairing a rooftop rail, which can remove pollution and leaks around the rooftop rail caused by long-term use, prevent the occurrence of leaks, and provide a clean appearance and waterproof functionality by preventing deformation of the repair unit during exterior wall repair and cleaning processes using scaffolding, and a rooftop rail repairing method using the repair unit. The rooftop rail repairing method comprises: a repair site cleaning step (S100) of thoroughly cleaning the surface of a rail top face (11) on the rooftop (10, 10'), which needs repair due to leaks or peeling paint, using a brush, water, and air pressure; a rectangular fixing bar fixing step (S200) of fixing a rectangular fixing bar (400), which includes a fixing piece (410) having a plurality of fixing grooves (411) formed longitudinally to be fixed to the inner or outer wall surfaces of the cleaned rail top, and an insertion piece (420) into which the repair unit (S) is inserted by bending a portion of the fixing piece (410); a repair unit fixing step (S300) of, after fixing the right-angle fixing bar (400), fixing any one repair unit (S) selected from a first single-type repair unit (100), a second single-type repair unit (200), or a bidirectional repair unit (300); and a finishing step (S400), after fixing the repair unit, of finishing the surroundings of the repair unit.
본 발명은 장기 사용에 따른 옥상 난간 주변의 오염 및 누수를 보수할 수 있음과 동시에 누수의 발생을 차단하는 한편, 향후 달비계를 이용한 외벽 보수 및 청소 작업과정에서도 보수 유닛의 변형을 방지하여 깔끔한 외관의 제공과 방수기능을 기대할 수 있는 옥상 난간 보수용 보수 유닛 및 그 보수 유닛을 이용한 옥상 난간 보수 방법에 관한 것으로, 누수 또는 도색이 벗겨져 보수가 필요한 옥상(10, 10')의 난간 상단 면(11)에 대해 솔, 물, 공기압을 이용하여 표면을 깔끔하게 청소를 하는 보수 부위 청소단계(S100)와, 상기 청소를 한 난간 상단의 내측 또는 외측면으로 벽면에 고정될 수 있도록 고정홈(411)이 다수개 형성된 고정편(410)이 장방향으로 형성되며, 그 고정편(410)의 일부가 절곡 형성되어 보수 유닛(S)이 삽입되는 삽입편(420)을 구비하는 직각형 고정바(400)를 고정시키는 직각형 고정바 고정단계(S200)와, 상기 직각형 고정바(400) 고정 후 제1단일형 보수 유닛(100) 또는 제2단일형 보수 유닛(200) 또는 양방향 보수 유닛(300)중 선택된 어느 하나의 보수 유닛(S)을 고정 시키는 보수 유닛 고정단계(S300)와, 상기 보수 유닛 고정 후 그 주변을 마감처리 하는 마감처리 단계(S400)로 이루어진다.
