Method for manufacturing non-combustible flooring using ceramic binder
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a non-combustible flooring material using a ceramic binder, which facilitates addition, dispersion, and mixing of non-combustible minerals. According to the present invention, the method comprises a process of stirring 1) methyltrimethoxysilane, 2) isopropyl alcohol, 3) tetraethoxysilane, and 4) acetic acid in a stirrer to acquire a stirred product A; a process of stirring 5) colloidal silica and 6) distilled water in a separate stirrer to acquire a stirred material B; a process of adding 1/n of the stirred material B to the stirred material A to perform first stirring from an opaque state to a transparent state, adding 1/n of the remaining stirred material B, one by one, repeatedly each time when the mixture becomes transparent, finishing the last addition when transparency reaches 90 to 95%, and stopping stirring when temperature reaches 80℃ while stirring is continued to acquire a stirred product C; a stirred product D ceramic binder manufacturing process of sequentially adding 7) hydroxypropylcellulose, 8) butoxyethanol, and 9) glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane to the stirred product C and stirring the mixture; and a binder manufacturing process of putting the stirred product D in a homomixer, sequentially adding inorganic powders of 10) kaolin, 11) titanium dioxide, 12) calcium carbonate, 13) talc, and 14) chromium oxide to the stirred product D, and performing mixing in three steps to manufacture a non-combustible adhesive E, wherein medium-speed mixing is performed in the first step, high-speed mixing is performed in the second step, and low-speed mixing is performed in the third step.
본 발명은 교반기에, 1)메틸트리메톡시실란 2)아이소프로필알콜, 3)테트라에톡시실란, 4)초산을 교반하여 교반물A를 얻는 과정; 별도 교반기에 5)콜로이달실리카와, 6)증류수를 교반하여 교반물B를 얻는 과정; 교반물A에 교반물B의 1/n을 1차 첨가 후 불투명에서 투명시까지 1차교반, 나머지 교반물B중 일부인 1/n을 차례로 투명시마다 반복 첨가하여, 마지막 첨가는 90~95% 투명도가 되면 첨가를 마무리하고, 교반만 지속하여 80도 되면 중단하여 교반물C를 얻는 과정; 교반물C에 교반물C에 7)하이드록시프포필셀룰로스, 8)부톡시에탄올, 9)글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란을 차례로 교반하는 교반물D의 세라믹바인더 제조공정; 및 교반물 D 를 호모믹서기에 넣고, 10)카올린, 11)이산화티탄, 12)탄산칼슘, 13)탈크 , 14)산화크로뮴의 무기분말을 차례로 첨가하고, 교반속도를 3단계로 가변시키며, 일단계는 중속혼합을, 2단계는 고속혼합을, 3단계는 저속혼합을 수행하여 불연접착제 E를 제조하는 접착제 제조공정을 수행하는 세라믹 바인더를 이용한 건축물 불연바닥제 제조방법이다.
