The present invention relates to an easily detachable cover assembly. More specifically, the easily detachable cover assembly, which can open and close housing that includes a first lengthwise through-hole formed on one side of a first edge at an open upper part thereof, a hinge axis formed between the first through-hole and the first edge, and a second lengthwise through-hole formed on one side of a second edge facing the first edge, comprises: a cover unit which is rotatably coupled to an opened upper part of the housing to slidably open and close the same; hinge units which are provided between the housing and the cover unit to allow the cover unit to be rotatably coupled to the housing, and are horizontally spaced apart from each other; and a fixing unit which is provided between the housing and a front end of the cover unit to rotatably fix the cover unit when the housing is closed with the cover unit. The hinge units further comprise: a first fixing bracket which is provided on one side edge of the cover unit; a hooking ring which is formed to extend to be bent from an end of the first fixing bracket and is inserted into the first through-hole; and a bump which is formed on one side of the first fixing bracket to be hooked to the hinge units of the housing. The easily detachable cover assembly allows the cover unit to be detachable as a bending curvature of the hooking ring changes.
본 발명은 탈착이 용이한 뚜껑 조립체를 제공하는 것으로서, 더 자세히는 개방된 상부의 제1 모서리 일측에 형성되는 장방향의 제1 관통홀과, 상기 제1 관통홀과 상기 제1 모서리 사이에 형성되는 힌지축과, 상기 제1 모서리와 마주 보는 제2 모서리 일측에 형성되는 장방향의 제2 관통홀을 포함하는 하우징을 개폐할 수 있는 뚜껑 조립체에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 개방된 상부를 여닫이 식으로 개폐시키도록 회전 가능하게 결합되는 뚜껑부, 상기 뚜껑부를 상기 하우징에 회전 가능하게 결합시키도록 상기 하우징과 뚜껑부의 후단 사이에 마련되며, 수평 방향으로 상호 이격되게 배치되는 경첩부 및 상기 하우징을 상기 뚜껑부로 닫았을 때 상기 뚜껑부를 고정시키도록 상기 하우징과 뚜껑부의 전단 사이에 마련되는 고정부를 포함하며, 상기 경첩부는, 상기 뚜껑부의 일측 가장자리에 마련되는 제1 고정브라켓과, 상기 제1 고정브라켓의 단부로부터 구부러지게 연장 형성되어 상기 제1 관통홀에 인입되는 걸림고리와, 상기 하우징의 힌지축에 걸리도록 상기 제1 고정브라켓의 일측에 형성되는 걸림턱을 더 포함하고, 상기 걸림고리의 밴딩 곡률이 가변됨에 따라 상기 뚜껑부의 탈착이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 탈착이 용이한 뚜껑 조립체에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to an easily detachable cover assembly. More specifically, the easily detachable cover assembly, which can open and close housing that includes a first lengthwise through-hole formed on one side of a first edge at an open upper part thereof, a hinge axis formed between the first through-hole and the first edge, and a second lengthwise through-hole formed on one side of a second edge facing the first edge, comprises: a cover unit which is rotatably coupled to an opened upper part of the housing to slidably open and close the same; hinge units which are provided between the housing and the cover unit to allow the cover unit to be rotatably coupled to the housing, and are horizontally spaced apart from each other; and a fixing unit which is provided between the housing and a front end of the cover unit to rotatably fix the cover unit when the housing is closed with the cover unit. 본 발명은 탈착이 용이한 뚜껑 조립체를 제공하는 것으로서, 더 자세히는 개방된 상부의 제1 모서리 일측에 형성되는 장방향의 제1 관통홀과, 상기 제1 관통홀과 상기 제1 모서리 사이에 형성되는 힌지축과, 상기 제1 모서리와 마주 보는 제2 모서리 일측에 형성되는 장방향의 제2 관통홀을 포함하는 하우징을 개폐할 수 있는 뚜껑 조립체에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 개방된 상부를 여닫이 식으로 개폐시키도록 회전 가능하게 결합되는 뚜껑부, 상기 뚜껑부를 상기 하우징에 회전 가능하게 결합시키도록 상기 하우징과 뚜껑부의 후단 사이에 마련되며, 수평 방향으로 상호 이격되게 배치되는 경첩부 및 상기 하우징을 상기 뚜껑부로 닫았을 때 상기 뚜껑부를 고정시키도록 상기 하우징과 뚜껑부의 전단 사이에 마련되는 고정부를 포함하며, 상기 경첩부는, 상기 뚜껑부의 일측 가장자리에 마련되는 제1 고정브라켓과, 상기 제1 고정브라켓의 단부로부터 구부러지게 연장 형성되어 상기 제1 관통홀에 인입되는 걸림고리와, 상기 하우징의 힌지축에 걸리도록 상기 제1 고정브라켓의 일측에 형성되는 걸림턱을 더 포함하고, 상기 걸림고리의 밴딩 곡률이 가변됨에 따라 상기 뚜껑부의 탈착이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 탈착이 용이한 뚜껑 조립체에 관한 것이다.
